I also tried the croissant doughnut. It was fine--just okay. It was on the colder side and pretty greasy -- not good enough to finish. The café itself is cute and could be a nice spot to sit with a friend if you're just looking for somewhere with seating to catch up over sweets and quick drinks. However, there were a few other issues worth noting. The trays available for customers were stacked dirty, with crumbs left over from previous guests' pastries. Additionally, while the pastry selection seems well stocked in the morning, it doesn't appear to be regularly replenished, so by the afternoon or evening, there's very little left.
