They are incredible. Cakes are super moist & the frosting is perfectly sweetened (not too sweet at all). & the ratio of cupcake to frosting is spot on. I absolutely love the red velvet with cream cheese frosting & get it every time. Their chocolate flavors are wonderful too & have a great depth of cocoa flavor. Getting here wasn't horribly hard, but I contribute that to the early morning hours. Pulled in and right up to the pumps. While I filling up the tank my Dad went inside to fill up a coffee cup. After I finished at the pumps I also went inside to get myself a drink. I am not a coffee drinker, but I still needed my caffeine. I went with the coolers and grabbed myself a sweet tea. Checking out inside was quick for me as I went the self checkout route. I can only imagine what this place is like during the daylight hours. Maybe some time in the future I will venture out this way to check it out.

On the receipt, it listed an additional iced tea... The iced tea tea costs $1.99 although on my rewards program, discounted the iced tea purchase by 99 cents. I didn't purchase this item. I never asked for a receipt in the past. All of a sudden, for some weird reason.. I asked for it ??? I felt duped. for the past 18 years. I was dealing with a store that I never questioned and now after 18 years.. I now have reason to believe that I was being charged b/c I just didn't check. I now have the feeling that this is a practice that may have been in practice???? I just don't know.. I questioned Mimi and she refunded my $1. After looking at the receipt, I realized that there was no way that there was an accident based on where the Iced Team was charged in the chronology of what was rung up. I now wonder how many $1s I have been overcharged.??? If you go to a convenience store especially with Mimi and that 7/11 GET the receipt.. This is not over.. I just don't want others to be defrauded by this action. If for some reason, I was walking out with 2 bucks of unpaid product I would be criminally liable. My wife got the value meal but her pancakes were pretty mid which isn't great. Service was pretty good and food came out fast. Now when we got the receipt, I noticed that I was charged for another persons order (who had a higher bill) by mistake. So they voided it and charged me the correct amount. It was annoying but it happens so no biggie. There's a parking lot near by but if you come during farmers market time, just note it'll be busier.

Most of my complaints are within the purview of the corporation's portioning and quality control area. The inidividual IHOP staff at this location did everything right. Table was clean. Silverware was clean (Trust me! I used to be a dishwasher for the company!) Floors were clean. Staff were respectable and in good appearance (uniform-wise). I appreciate everything this location did to make my stay enjoyable, and provide me with a nice breakfast after a long shift at work!
