We dropped off the tire for repair and were told it was completely free. When we came back and picked it up two hours later they said it went great and were very fast and kind. The man with an injured wrist, who I unfortunately didn't catch the name of was very kind, quick, and helpful. After we retrieved our tire we went to put it on by ourselves in the parting lot but before we got it off Michael stopped us and offered/insisted to put it back on for us and was very communicative and kind despite us paying nothing for the repair or the change. They told us to try and see if wheel tech could fix it and then they could just replace the tire (had a huge gash). They did!!! It was $160 for the fix if paid in cash there is an extra charge for credit card but we had cash so I don't remember what that would have been. But so glad she has the same wheel/rim and the other tires and cost less than replacing it with the after market that wouldn't have matched! Thanks Wheel Tech!
