I went to Omaha casing to patch a tire that i had plugged. Not knowing the exact distance from the edge of the tire ( it is 1/2") that made it salvageable but at the time thinking it was strange that the worker was holding the tire at an angle to let the bubbles run to the edge. I personally plugged the tire myself so I know the hole was not within a 1/2 inch of the sidewall. So when I looked online to see that the acceptable distance was 1/2 inch. I called the manager and asked if I could get a second opinion on if the tire could be saved, he said he would pull the tire and double check. This was about 4 working hours after I was there but the next day. So the following day I went back to take the loaner tire off and put on my old repaired tire or a new replacement, ironically my old tire was no where to be found. I went to Omaha casing because of all the good reviews, however I was disappointed in their what seemed to be their honesty. Service otherwise was good. read more

This place is great. I had a flat tire and they were able to get me in the same day and put a used tire on that matched my other tire. I had an issue with that tire, they had me come in and fixed it free of charge. They are all friendly, and the prices are VERY reasonable, especially if you were looking at other tire places. Not impressed. Staff isn't friendly and service was slow. 20 minute estimate on tire change turned into 80 minutes because of staff smoke breaks, bathroom breaks, phone calls and mechanic who had to work the desk and phones. Took 40 minutes to start working on my truck. When you enter the building it feels like you are walking into a private party and they don't want you there. Missed picking up my kid from the bus and late to a meeting at work. Won't be going back. read more

Locally owned and operated Tire shop that quotes you the total price of the tire on the car, no suprises. I have bought tires from this place in the past and was happy, I stopped this time looking for a spare for my 96 blazer. Before he would sell me a tire he first fixed the bent rim and filled it with air and checked it for leaks, when they found one, he said just a minute, went out back and came in with a spare threw it in my truck and said see ya next time N/C. Small, family operated tire and wheel store. Not fancy, but the job is done quickly and will meet or beat prices of anyone in town. I purchased a few used tires as replacements for an older vehicle I have. One of the guys took me to the yard in the back and helped me search for some decent matching tires. Had a flat repaired here. In and out in under 10 minutes! Liked them so much, when it came time to purchase new tires for the family vehicle, they quoted a price that beat the other stores in town. Picked up a set of 32's for my 95 YJ. They had some problems getting them installed since the old tires had been on there so long that everything had become one solid piece, but instead of charging me extra, they just took care of it. Couldn't ask for better service. Have gone back for tires for both of my son's cars, and heading back this month to get new tires for the wife's escape. Fast, friendly service, and the price is always right. read more

Terrible service from arrogant employees. Troy has absolutely no real knowledge of automobile service. He'll promise he will take care of something for you within a day and then not do it for weeks. I had a cracked wheel that a technician told me normally takes a day and Troy failed to take it to the metal shop for over a week. Complete disregard for anyone not affiliated with a dealership. read more
