Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! In short, they are professional, fast, and reliable -- they go above and beyond, and it's all done by a great group of nice, friendly people! If you use anyone else, it will be your loss!

They really listened to my request to cut the canopy back. The lead man cutting made the whole tree look symmetrical and more beautiful than it's ever looked in years. He was fast and efficient and climbed all through the tree and lowered limbs carefully by ropes. His cleanup crew picked up debris and everything was taken to the curbside to be shredded later. The complaint comes from someone who tried to direct their work on a tree in the common area, and they properly followed the approved instructions from the Association Board. The owner/arborist (Steve) knows trees, discusses honestly whether a tree needs trimming or can wait a few more years, and the crew does great work. One Trip has been the primary tree trimming service for SDSU and UCSD for years, with good reason. We have never had reason since we started using them to even consider a different service!

We received this business letter for a gardening business named "Antonio" and decided to roll the dice and give them a call. Antonio came out and quoted us for lawn care and we decided to give them a try since we didn't know where to start and with who. So his team of two was arranged to come to cut our front lawn and blow away some of the leaves in the backyard. They did their job and left. Antonio was then paid. During this time I had been shopping and discussing with neighbors about who they used and their rated (lawn size about the same) and their rate was significantly less than what we paid and their lawns looked amazing so I asked my husband to text Antonio to let him know we would not be needing their service any longer. Attached are photos of the very short conversation... the only thing that really got my blood boiling was the last sentence where Antonio tells my husband that (we were) "waste of time with people like you". I personally do not see that we wasted anyones time. We used their service, paid them and thanked them. We never subscribed to a life time of service with them.
