I am giving 4 stars as there were two things I did not care for which was 1) there were several roots that was visible and they missed, and 2) I guess the contractor who removes those roots left with the equipment, so I had to reschedule the work to be completed the next day. Great response and motivated to work. They showed up the day I signed the contract and did the work in one day. Trimmed like 8 palms, manicured a bunch of giant bird of paradise's, removed two bigger trees, another smaller palm tree and groomed some smaller shrubs and palms. Lots of work!
