Woooow it was fabulous...goat cheese, egg, cooked cherry tomatoes, salmon (you can pick from salmon or bacon but the bacon I've had here in Ireland is more like ham so I didn't want to chance it). The roasted potatoes were cooked to perfection and some dressed greens were a nice touch. Needless to say, it was all wonderful; I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast and ate it all!
