The Journalist is Fresh Florida Grouper - served on a homemade rosemary roll with lettuce and tomato.The grouper is grilled and topped with mushrooms, onions and swiss cheese. Most hardcore groper fans would scoff at this combo since it masks the true flavor of the groper which is light flaky fish with a mild flavor. But what the heck, I've had tons of "regular" grouper sandwiches so why not try something completely different. It was awesome and the mushroom, onions & swiss cheese combo added a unique flavor.
