If anyone has alternative places let me know but on principle I will not be using Higher Elevation again, stupid bureaucracy, super lame.

I've always had good customer service at Mountain House Safeway, so nothing negative to say about them. I was helped by David today. Very nice young man and he even wished me a happy birthday since my birthday is this month. I found out his is this month also.
