I have been here for about 3 months now and haven't had any issues that haven't been immediately resolved. When I moved in I realized my dish washer wasn't working and I filled out a maintenance request. I was contacted within 30 minutes and a guy showed up about 10 minutes later to fix it. They are currently redoing the parking lots and they came around and painted everyone's decks. I feel very safe here and everyone I have met so far is very kind. I think they said it's about 60% military which makes sense considering how close we are to base. I won't say it's the nicest apartment around but it's $740 for my rent (including all the fees and a washer and dryer) so I can't complain. read more

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I moved in on 07/30/2026, and so far, it has been a horrible experience. The issues in my apartment include: * The oven door keeps falling, and the oven light stays on all day. * One of the kitchen outlets does not work properly; I have to jiggle it for it to work. * The hallway light is out. * The garage key fob is broken. * The AC keeps breaking. Now, the breaker box is burned out. I called, and I was told this was not considered an emergency. I have now been without AC for 2 days. The previous time, I was without AC for 4 days. I have called, emailed, and submitted multiple maintenance requests, and still, nothing gets done. I receive emails saying someone will come to fix the issues, but then no one shows up. As of today, August 22, 2026, I still do not have a working mailbox key. I also sent a final letter warning them and giving them time to fix all the issues before filing a complaint with the BBB, got a response that "someone should be there today" no one showed up. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive. I am extremely disappointed with my experience so far. read more

I am writing this to warn prospective residents about the extreme lack of professionalism and safety at this complex. My experience has been defined by predatory lease practices and a total disregard for tenant safety. The management makes it intentionally difficult to vacate your lease, creating hurdles that cost me an additional $1,300 in unnecessary fees. To make matters worse, they are nearly impossible to reach by phone and completely ignore emails regarding move-out logistics. Most alarming is the safety negligence. The building's main door lock was left broken for months despite multiple complaints. This led directly to an attempted break-in at my unit. Even when they finally "fixed" it, the lock was so poorly repaired it took over two minutes to get inside, leaving residents vulnerable in the outside. One time my husband and I got locked outside for over 10 minutes at 10:30 at night. When I formally reached out to express my dissatisfaction with these financial and safety grievances, their response was incredibly dismissive. Management simply replied: "thank you for this information, we hope that you have a great day!" That response tells you everything you need to know about how they value their residents. Save yourself the stress and the money--look elsewhere. read more

THE GOOD: The only passable part of this establishment are the maintenance team. They are quick and do a good job. SUMMARY: Management is completely absentee. Do not expect issues to be resolved EVER. Unless the issue is about moving in, they will continuously ignore and ghost you, the front office employee can't even contact anyone and only has the authority to ADD services to your account or take keys upon move-out. Several examples noted below. DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR: Autopay EXPIRES after one year. I have never seen this anywhere else. Elevate will PURPOSELY not notify you until the rent is late and you will be forced to pay the legal maximum late fee. I paid the rent less than 4 hours after receiving my first indication of a problem and they still refused to refund any of the maximum legal late fee they immediately imposed. SCORNFUL MANAGEMENT: In 22 months I have never had a single positive interaction with anyone representing Elevate Living after I moved in. I am STILL being charged the 35$ monthly fee for my poor cat after asking in person, over email. and through the resident help line multiple times EACH. NOBODY can help me. I finally decided that enough is enough. All management had to do was have one (1) modicum of decency and leniency and the ability to respond to concerns of their tenants, but they have shown continuous neglect and SCORN for the people who are just trying to live their lives. BAD FOR MILITARY: As their final sin, despite the standard 30 day notice of vacancy that's accepted everywhere, they require at minimum 60 days notice which appears to specifically abuse those who work at the military base nearby. I pray for the downfall of these slumlords. read more

Do not live here. You will be charged twice as much as somewhere significantly nicer to be close to Offutt. They no longer have office hours, everything has been outsourced. This place solely relies on military members who want to be close to Offutt while they are stationed here and there are moving trucks constantly (which I now understand why) I lived here for 2 years and went without water once a month, sometimes for days at a time. The property is old, outdated, and any repair requests you make (no matter how critical) will take months to fill. You won't hear your neighbors above or below you, but you will hear the newly scheduled garbage pickup slamming dumpsters around at 4am on Thursday mornings. Dumpsters which, by the way, have recently been replaced with fewer dumpsters. There are problems with ticks and animals most likely because there is trash *everywhere*. Also, there is no enforcement for anyone to pickup after their dogs, so in the warmer months it *will* smell like feces if you are outside. They do not clean the apartments before you move in but will charge you for cleaning when you move out (regardless of how you clean your apartment yourself. They will find something to charge you for.) read more

Charges 300 pet fee in addition to raising rent if you have animals. The apartment was not clean when we moved in as well. Don't move here if you're a pet person unless you have ESA, especially as there is a strict no reptile or rodent policy, so even small contained animals like geckos are banned. read more

This apartment complex has a serious problem with water. I've been here almost 2 years now and I would receive notices about water usage on a regular basis while being charged for extra water. If I'm already paying for it, I don't understand why I would need to cut back. I'm not filling a pool or anything. A more important issue, the water main breaks constantly here between the fall and spring. It's a constant. You can expect days without water even though you're paying for it. read more

Im not one to give reviews i keep to myself. First the staff at the front are friendly and i know they just do what they can. Now i had incident where CO2 alarm went off and i called maintenance after hrs to find the cell line is block and no one to answer. Afterwards i then got ahold of the apartment and they said it wasnt an emergency. For being that dont know CO2 can kill us. Another is i have received a package and was stolen in my own unit. Due to the lack of surveillance in the apartments themselves it is unsafe and horrible. The only surveillance they have is in the main building. The main water line broke multiple occasions and continues to do so. The porch is disgusting when it came to it with spiders/webs everywhere. I continue to see spiders alot throughout my time living here. Im just disappointed and again the people managing the leasing office are friendly and do what they can. Outside of that it is a negative and terrible experience. read more

Been living here for about 3 months now. This place is terrible. I found ants the seconds week of living here and the lady who showed me the unit said that they had no problems with bugs. Well now I've been living with these ants for 3 months! Went in one to complain to them and I'm pretty sure they did nothing. Kept finding ants in my bathroom, under the kitchen sink, and in my room where I sleep. Saw a couple ants on my bed when I was laying down! I've went into their office on Monday and now it is Friday and still no action has been done. I went out of my way to buy ant traps but those can only do so much. I do not recommend anyone living here. Thank god I only have 2 more months left in the place. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap rent=terrible apartment. Should've just stayed at summit apartments even if it would've costed me a little more. read more

I've lived in Tregaron Oaks for almost 2 years now and it has gone down hill drastically. They can't seem to keep maintenance people in the payroll and with that being said when you put in a work order it takes a while for it to get resolved. I waited almost 2 months for an order to be completed and when ever I asked about it no one knew what was going on. The grounds use to be clean when I first moved in, but now there's trash everywhere (lack of maintenance workers and a lot of windy days), residents are not cleaning up after their dogs, and my key to the secure lock doors in my building (1749) only works in the front not the back. When it snows heavy it takes a while for maintenance to clear off sidewalks, unless it's a Sunday then it's not getting cleared off until Monday. When the snow melts and floods bottom apartments and entry ways of building (when it gets colds out the flooded water freezes and you can open doors), also when they do plow the snow they take up several parking spots which makes it hard to find a place to park. Who ants to park clear across the parking lot in front of a different building and have to walk through the cold to get to your own building, not me. when it rains constantly there's is a moat that forms around my cluster of buildings and the sidewalk is so flooded you can't walk your dog, and bc of the standing water it's a breeding ground for mosquitoes. I do not, I repeat do not recommend living here. The management is horrible. Save your money and pay for a nicer place that can keep staff on their payroll. read more

Did my app and she told me to pay the app fee and I would be paying the deposit as well upfront which was fine. When I was denied the apartment I really got no clarification as to why other than me assuming it's because I have no credit as I am young. I received an email from Peggie stating she sent out my refund for the deposit of 300 via check. When I hadn't received it after a week and reached out she then decided to tell me I wouldn't recurve it for another 2 weeks. After speaking with her to do an app in the first place she made it seem like I'd get approved. So to be out 300 when I need a place asap is shitty and if I would've know ln that I never would've applied. Very poor customer service. Not helpful. Rude. And not worth the time to apply honestly. read more

Do not live here. The office people here SUCK. The staff here have IQ's of children. NONE of them know what they're talking about. They're so awful and every time I'd go there for information I'd get told a different thing. Our apartment was gross we had to have it cleaned again the first week we moved in. I was told things were going to be fixed before moving in and it's been almost a month and those things still aren't fixed. Fuck these apartment. 10/10 recommend to keep looking!!!!!! read more
