We've lived in Rising View for almost 3 years. With any company i think there is always room for improvement. The houses are decent for the most part for the price. I do wish the layouts were better. The maintenence team works hard to get the job done as fast as they are capable. Like I said ALWAYS room for improvement, however we love the neighborhood and have good neighbors and that makes up for some of the other things. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm writing this review not just out of frustration, but out of heartbreak, exhaustion, and a sincere warning to other military families considering Rising View. Over the past year, my husband and I have experienced what I can only describe as ongoing harassment, selective enforcement, misrepresentation, and a complete lack of compassion or professionalism. We were repeatedly targeted with vehicle tow tags, at least seven. These were issued for reasons like "inoperable" vehicles or missing plates, even though our vehicles were fully functional and legally documented. One was tagged while we were still within the 30-day legal window allowed by the Nebraska DMV after a private sale. We were never given verbal warnings,just citations and threats. It got worse. During snow removal, only our vehicles were tagged, despite identical conditions for neighbors. I have photo proof. In the Rising View Facebook group, the inspector is jokingly called "The Grim Reaper" or "Ken" (the male "Karen") because of how ridiculous and selective the enforcement is. I even posted a photo of him tagging cars, joking that the "male Karen is out again", but the reality wasn't funny to live through. We also endured false reports from neighbors accusing us of housing 5-8 people. That was flat out false, it's just my husband and I. Management never verified anything but treated us as if it were true. We even had a neighbor physically assault my husband by slamming a car door on his leg during an argument over his vehicle's sound. A third neighbor witnessed it. We reported it, nothing was done. We were told when we signed our lease that we could park four vehicles on the street as long as there's space. Our home only had a one-car driveway and a one-car garage, so this mattered. After constant tow tags, we asked to transfer to a unit with a two-car driveway and garage. Management said no..we were stuck. Then, just three days before my husband's deployment, we were blindsided with a Notice to Vacate by May 19, 2025. They claimed they weren't renewing our lease, but it was a clear retaliation. They ignored protections under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), which prevents kicking out active-duty service members without a court order. I had a panic attack at work when I found out, resulting in lost wages and time off. When my husband asked why, the leasing office said it was due to our vehicles being parked on the road too often and because of my Facebook post... yet again, a policy not enforced evenly. To top it off, during a recorded conversation I had with the Community Director, Shantae, she bragged about attempting to tow a deployed airman's car during a snowstorm. That says everything you need to know about how Rising View treats military families. It's now over two months later. My husband is deployed overseas, and I had to move our entire household by myself. No support. No local family. No assistance. I now live off-base and pay significantly more in rent than I did at Rising View. This move, this treatment, and this company have placed an enormous emotional and financial burden on me during what is already one of the hardest transitions for any military spouse. To anyone considering Rising View, think twice. If you're military, especially a younger couple without rank or connections, you are not protected here. Your concerns will be dismissed. Your situation will be ignored. You'll be treated like a nuisance instead of a valued resident. What we expected was fairness, professionalism, and respect. What we received was silence, retaliation, and betrayal. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I hope by sharing our story, others can be better informed, and better protected. read more

We chose to live here upon PCSing to Offutt AFB. The leasing staff was very quick to respond to our requests during the application process. We had a very nice, maintained home during our stay. Maintenance responded next day if not same day for all of our maintenance calls. The leasing staff was accommodating for the rental of their community center for my husband's retirement ceremony too. We thought it was a great rental value for all utilities included, close to work, etc. read more

One Rocky Renting Experience... My roommate and I experienced a roller coaster of ups and downs within just a 1-year lease. To make things easier to interpret and comprehend, I'll give a full bullet-list breakdown of the inordinate flaws with Rising View. - Nearly every appliance had to be replaced in the residence (thermostat, water heater, oven, and leaking fridge). - I fell victim to a hit and run while my new vehicle was parked along the street. Now, granite this could happen anywhere, but it was extremely aggravating. - Offutt Military Police rarely patrol the community despite it being a base housing community. - Many of the main roads throughout Rising View are cracked and crumbling apart, despite mediocre road repair efforts. - Excessive and overly restrictive rules, regulations, and guidelines such as not being allowed to wash your car in your own driveway to name one. - Pathetic move-out inspection where we were charged over $200 for a "cleaning-touchup" even though we were told we did a "really good job." They don't consider years of buildup and expect 20-year-old drains to be shining - NO EXCEPTIONS. It was to the extent that we got dinged for not blowing out some blades of grass in the crevices of an outdoor shed. I sorrowfully regret to inform you that our residence was not as clean upon move-in, compared to how we left it. The only perks that come to mind about living here were that utilities were included with rent, and the staff at the main office were always nice and welcoming. Those compliments aside, we couldn't get out of that community fast enough towards the end of our lease! read more

American First Communities (AFC) was horrible to us at Offutt AFB in Nebraska! Not only did they have "remodels" that were inferior in construction, they never had any homes inspected, and we were assigned to a house where the previous 3 tenants had documented mold problems which created a toxic indoor air quality. In addition to all the health problems, we also suffered severe financial hardships because they refuse to stop an allotment that they demanded to get on the waitlist. (This practice is still going on today!) I desperately tried to get the Command, the city zoning, and even the congressman from that district involved. We endured the military orders that my husband had to that base and suffered grossly because of it. We couldn't occupy the residence, but we were still ROBBED of a year's worth of BAH! (Our loss was $15,364.00 plus, we lost ALL of our household goods because it couldn't be certified free of mold) Then, I was hospitalized because of the damage done to my organs from the toxic air that I was forced to breathe in the house. -*DO NOT set up an allotment with these people, they will not stop it until they've got 12 months, even if you are unable to reside in the property! -*DO NOT move your family and pets into any house associated with Offutt without checking with the Local Building Inspector!! -* If you find yourself in a house that has MOLD and a TOXIC INDOOR AIR QUALITY -GET OUT- (My cat died just after we moved out, my dog started having seizures from the TOXIC INDOOR AIR QUALITY and I had SEPSIS and Organ Failure due to the large amount of Toxins that my body was trying to process. Terrible management, rude office managers and lady handing out tickets is power hungry. People who have never had issues are getting tickets for yards .5 inches above the ground, cars parked by there houses (where they have lived for 4 years with no issues, parking where they need to on the street because there is only a one car driveway.). Citations for one guest parking on the curb when no other parking is available. She was parked there for only 2 hours. Rude, awful experience. Worst housing I have ever lived in. read more

It is an affordable place to live for the amount of square footage that you get. They will respond to emergency maintenance issues in a timely manner, however, They are just like any other rental company when it comes to maintaining the property overall. There are a lot of vacant properties that they let go and do not maintain at all. I give them slightly above average review because the value of the square footage for what is paid for in rent. read more

We have lived here for 2 months now. So far it has been peaceful. The leasing office is really nice. Can't wait for better weather so I can bring my kids to the park. I noticed that when the snow came, they did the sidewalks to the parks so you can still walk the path. I had an emergency at night and they came within 30 minutes. I would recommend on the price alone. Not having to pay for utilities and trash is a great benefit as well. The home we have a updated and in good shape. If I did have a complaint at the moment is I put in a cpl tickets to get things fixed and haven't been responded to. But I know the weather could be a factor. They also are in big need of maintenance. So I am giving some grace in hopes my issues get fixed. read more

Don't do it. I know you're thinking you're close to base and it's easier but it isn't worth it soon after you move in. Don't be me who just stays there at of ease. Their main goal is your money at all costs. A good majority of the houses are old and falling apart with appliances 15-25 years old. Maintenance team is great but they will not replace appliances because its cheaper not to. In my 2.5 years the following broke down: Fridge (twice), microwave (replaced), AC (4 times in 95+ heat, took avg 2 days to fix), garbage disposal, garage door (twice). Their management is terrible with a singular focus on your paycheck with no checks and balances. They'll over charge your rent with no validation but if you owe them they'll find you. There is ZERO reinvestment in these properties. The house I left falling apart will be yours. Nothing will be fixed. The roads they manage are terrible, the electric grid routinely fails. They simply want your money and will put as little back into the property as possible while making it your problem. The property managers are a huge issue. Aside from being rude at every turn; they make no secret that they don't care about you. You'll get written up by the one-man-deep shop yard inspector and when you call to get clarification, you won't get it for weeks but they'll put advertisements on their "fix it" tickets for "guaranteed pass". Same thing for final inspection there's crack deals all over to support rising view. The final inspector is super nice but they give him no help at all. One guy for 2k houses. read more

Horrible experience... moved in to roaches in the basement, toilet falling through the floor, dog feces all over the back yard, trash all along back line of yard. Went to move out, cleaned entire house (same clean inside as when I moved in, no damage anywhere). I was told it looked good for a regular rental move out cleaning, but rising view wants a "Military Clean" this is not stated in the lease. Nor do any of their vacant houses represent a military clean, or the houses that have porches covered in stuff represent this or the condition of the house I moved into represent the $600 they want me to pay for a "military clean". My neighbors were wonderful, but the houses are very old, with no upgrades at all! Run if you don't want a headache when you move out or if you don't want your rent to be raised way above the average rent in Bellevue. read more

I had an issue with water coming through my floors in my kitchen and laundry room area causing my laundry tile to break apart. I called in the issue on February 14th (Valentines Day) and the issue was turned over to the team on the onto the on call/emergency phone. The member showed up within the hour. Asking if I called the emergency phone and came in. He first walked into the bathroom and I guided him to the kitchen where the issue was. I was told several times to just give it a couple days and call again with no solution given and he reassured me that the issue was coming from my washing machine and that it couldn't be coming from the dish washer. The excuses kept changing and it came down to him not wanting to tear up my floors. I understood that it was Valentine's Day and he may have been eager to go home, but a solution would have been nice. I follow his instruction and call again a few days later because the issue still continued. I saw for myself that it was indeed the dishwasher. A different member showed up to my home and removed the dishwasher and let me know that it would be in back order so I would be without one for at least a week. On March 2nd, James arrived to my home with the new dishwasher. James was able to find the route cause of the water damage. He insured that the machine was running before he left and answered my questions leaving me with clarity. Thank you James for all your help! read more

I have rated this housing community a 1 because of my experiences, the experiences of others I have heard and read first hand, and the small amount of information I have found about the community online. The first night when we moved in we took showers to end up ankle deep in water filled with the previous renter's hair. We cannot use our washer and dishwasher within the same 2-3 day period because our floor becomes wet from the underneath, repairmen have been sent out 3-4 times to snake the drain, I am not a plumber but clearly that is not going to fix the problem, the floor will likely need to be torn up. I had the light fixture above my sink fall from beneath the cabinets while I was hand washing dishes, I was thankful that it didn't rip out of the wall also and land in the sink because I was pregnant at the time. We asked to have our gutters cleaned, it wasn't done in a timely manner now they flood and are bent. Our backyard neighbor (who is an elderly veteran and an amputee) asked our next door neighbor to have Rising View trim dead branches off of the tree in their yard. Rising View's workers came out when our neighbor was home and witnessed the workers tear down what small branches they could reach without a ladder. The branch problem still exists. One woman who I spoke to said her neighbor's sewage/septic backed up into her kitchen, and rising View charged her for the repairs. Rising View also refused to help replace anything of hers that was damaged. Not only did she have those expenses she also had to stay in a hotel because she was pregnant and has another young child. I've also heard and seen several complaints about mold, which is a huge health risk, especially to young children and those who have asthma. There have been statements regarding plugins that send sparks flying. There are mushrooms growing from the windows of some houses because there haven't been workers sent to treat the fungus and replace the rotted wood. A toddler fell into a 3-5 foot hole on Rising View's common grounds, which have not been mowed as claimed. I can hardly ignore the homes that still have patches of roof missing that appear to be 3 times my size (5 ft. 5 in) and that the ones that have been repaired appear to only have some sort tin material placed over them. Among all of these are the complaints straight to the Rising View Facebook page itself. I found out online that the community has a large amount of debt and that the city of Bellevue has even brought legal cases against it. Complaints about the community can be found as far back as 2008. There has also been contact made with WOWTs Fact Finders in an attempt to get the public's help to enforce a change. The Navy has cracked down on housing communities for doing similar things as Rising View, after hearing and seeing all the anger from your resident's it probably won't be long before the Air Force does the same here. *NOTE* Since originally posting this review Rising View has removed their public page and switched to a private profile. They do not allow you to send them friend requests. This is obviously a poor business decision. They clearly want to make sure nothing negative gets out about their company and being able to hide their posts & disable ratings is a great way. I have also gotten word that yet another attorney is on board for suing the company and is collecting information from residents to use for their case. The attorney has agreed to keep everyone anonymous to protect the military members currently living in this inadequately run housing community. read more

This organization is a joke and an insult to the military community. They find ways to make money off of residents moving out, like paying someone $600.00 for a mive out cleaning. They kept half of my 1 December's housing allowance on the although I moved out on 20 November and when I challenged them, I was told I didn't give a full 30 day notice, because the holiday (thanksgiving) and weekends didn't count since they were closed and did coinduct final inspections during those times. I even asked the customer service rep (Brook) what day is good to move out on that will prevent my housing allowance from being taken and she recommended the 20th, but that wasn't the case and of course when confronted, memory loss kicks in. Just rent or buy a home and stay away from this toxic place. read more

They take advantage of the military!!!! You're better off buying your own house or renting with someone else with how much they charge you. You'll also save money. Buying a house will only cost you about $700 to $1,000 a month for mortgage. Depending on what you buy. You'll build escrow and your house will be worth more down the road. You'll make money off it. First off! When it's time to move out. They charge for every little thing! They tell you it's best to hire someone to clean your house so you don't get charged by them. They want it clean as a whistle. The cheapest cleaning agency is $600 dollars depending on your house size. I had everything cleaned. White gloved! The guy that checks the houses said everything was fine. However, the few spots I had in the floor concerned him. (Mind you, I have been living there for 4 years. I only had 2 years left before the carpet would be considered old) He said because I had spots in a 1ft of space in the living room and 1ft of space in the bedroom. Literally the size of dropped peas being sprinkled. (Take five peas and drop them in 1ft of space) He told me that he would need to have the whole house carpet changed!! That was going to charge me $742!!!!!!! I already spent $600 getting everything cleaned. My father is a contractor. I've watched him change out patches of carpet before. Have the replaced parts looking like the rest of the carpet on the floor. They have maintence men they do all of of that. I complained to the housing manager but she said that I had to pay and that she trusted his judgement. She wouldn't even let me contest his decision. Which they are supposed to do. So I ended up paying in total move out cost of $1,300.00!!!!! Unbelievable. I had no time to argue because we were PCSing. I couldn't believe it. Blew my mind. My used to be nieghbor called my cell and told me that they never even changed out our carpets when they moved someone else in. So we were pretty much charged for used carpet. That never got replaced. I used to work for the Shoppette that's on the corner. We used to have the ladies in management coming in talking about how they had all this extra money to give out as prizes to the participants of the beautiful yard inspections. $50-$100 prize gift cards for people. They also had gift cards for their employees!!!! They were pretty much finding ways to overcharge their residents so that they may get bonuses for themselves!!! RIP OFFS!!!! The homes are cheaply made. Walls are easy to accidentally put holes in. They want you to always have your grass mowed every week and if you miss a week you get charged $50 for them sending out someone to do it for you. They have way too many rules about the silliest things like not having grass growing around your gate. (I actually think grass around your gate helps keep your dog inside it better when there are hilly areas in your yard.) Besides the point! Maintence men don't do a great job at repairing. They rush through it. I also had a Maintence man that tried to help himself into my house even though I specifically asked for them to ring the door bell always. When I first moved there. I had nothing but mud as my yard from the front to the back. I bought grass seed, fertilizer and some plants to make the yard look pretty. I spent around $200 to get the grass growing and every year I would spend $50 to keep it fertilized. My yard was the best yard on the street. Did they take that into consideration??? Nope!!! I wish I would have known that how your house looks when you take on the lease. Including grass and yard. Is how it should look when you move out. I wish I had of known. I would have left that yes muddy as it was. If you do decide to rent from them. Mark down everything that's wrong with that house. Mark every little scratch and nick that you find. If your yard has patches or nothing there at all. Make sure you put that in your paper work. Everything little thing that's wrong with the house will be looked at when by their guy and charged to you if you never put it in the paper work. I'm glad I am done with them and I will never rent from them or any other base rental again. They don't support military families. They take advantage of us like we are rich. We struggle like everyone else in the world. Especially those that have kids. Save yourself some money and rent from THE VUE apartments or some other apartment place. If you rent from other apartment areas. You will actually save money and you only need to make sure it livable after you move out. Which is was the carpets, stove cabinets and fridge out. Simple as that!!! My friend spent $1,000 for a three bedroom somewhere else when I was spending $1,300.00 for a 3bdrm at rising view. Save yourself some heart ache and don't do Buisness with RISING VIEW!!! AMERICA IS NOT FIRST WITH THEM!!! read more

This place and its management are a joke honestly. I have no clue how they haven't received a lawsuit. They take full advantage of military families, steal thousands of dollars upon moving out for "cleaning fees" and are extremely rude and disrespectful. They treat people like they're dumb, they are overpaid and under-qualified, and they have NO CLUE how it feels to be on a tenants end of their crappy, lazy, greedy deal. Haven't had a terrible experience, though I understand a lot of people have. Maintenance has always responded rapidly with any issues, even staying late to get our water heater replaced. They even personally delivered garage door remote visor clips to the house. We are in a renovated unit, and while expenses were definitely spared, it's not bad for what it is. It's military housing, it's not required that a person live here. It's optional. We've lived in the same place for 3 years now, and while a bigger place would be better, I can't complain too much. read more

STAY AWAY!!! This is a business that takes advantage of it's military contract/partnership. I've been there for 5 yrs, and the only reason I was there that long is more personal and logistical reasons for my career, and not because I enjoyed it. That said, it was still FAR too long. Buying a home is not of everyone, HOWEVER, even if you don't want to buy, you'll be better off rental or leasing from a more reputable agency. Minor gripes aside, their service is atrocious. But even more egregious is how they suck HUNDREDS of dollars out of you prior to moving. After living there for 5 years, they essentially wanted EVERY little thing back like brand new, and if not, they charged premium prices for it. Or you have the option of hiring cleaners on THEIR list that started off at a minimum of $600 to guarantee a "pass" on final inspection. Regardless, they WILL get you on the carpet (I'll explain later). I went the less popular route of scrubbing and cleaning w/ family for weeks to meet ridiculous demands on their sheet (even though we did fairly well in maintenance of our home). Upon Pre-Inspection, they tried to charges us for stuff THEIR own maintenance people destroyed! They came to install a lamp in the window when we went out of town and damaged the blinds. We called and reported it, and of course they never came to replace it. This was common with other repairs that weren't our fault and they'd try to charge us with. The only reason they didn't is because I insisted they did not because it was their fault. Our pipes burst (mainly due to POOR construction that they even admitted) and they came to fix it. That 'process' took weeks from start to finish and they left a complete MESS for us to clean up. Back to Final Inspection. After our massive effort to clean, we got out with just over a hundred dollars for little details for them to clean the house, i.e. windowsills and trimmings of the garage. BUT, even after being told they'd change out the carpet by their front office because it was old when we originally got there (and we'd been there over 5 years), we were also charged almost $500 to clean the carpet. Funny thing about that, THEY schedule a carpet inspection by THEIR own choice business. In that report (which I obtained a copy), the carpet cleaners suggested that they CHANGE THE CARPET due to age. Instead of doing that, they opted to charge us to have it cleaned and replace spots instead!! Which means whoever moves in after us will have that much older carpet. Gross. I admit, we did have a small pet that caused 2 or 3 small spots on the already hideous carpet. The lion's share of the charge was for the clean though, and not spots replaced. I won't mention a name, but someone close to the business said they've seen carpet over 20 years old at Rising View and they don't like to change it out. I can only imagine that this is a shady money making tactic. Instead of them paying $1k or so after a decade or more, they continually charge you hundreds to just clean it. At this point, it's not much more than carpet on top of concrete or whatever the base is. I could go on about other unsavory tactics here to take advantage of the military personal whose BAH they suck up no matter what your rank is. If your BAH is anything close to or over $1,000, you're paying TOO much and you'd be better off investing in a house or giving your hard earned money to something worth your $. I now have a nice house I enjoy, actually SAVING money and gaining equity. I will say EVERYONE wasn't bad there and 'some' of the maintenance people were nice and care about their job. They're just understaffed for the sheer amount of community. The business practices, policies and money grab there are just atrocious towards our military. read more

With Rising Views response to the Covid pandemic being to close the offices the already abysmally incompetent "yard inspector" now has zero oversight and it has clearly gone straight to her head. At least three people on our block received citations for unmowed lawns in the midst of a snowfall. Today she went around handing out numerous citations for mowing while it was raining. My household received a notice of noncompliance/eviction haphazardly stuff in our door on Monday. The notice was stated as being sent in the year 20202019, includes a statement that should we fail to remedy the issue we will be evicted four months in the past, and to top it off the section stating what our non compliant issue is was left blank. After attempting to contact Rising View for a week it took going to my units First Sergeant to get someone to call me back. The leasing office was unable to answer why we are non compliant because they couldn't understand her files and weren't even aware of the notice! read more

Con artists. It's hard to tell where money is being pocketed. Crooks. They are experts at scamming. Waited 2 hours the morning of my separation. I wasn't supposed to be on base. I was moving home. They said they'd be there at 10:30 for inspection. I left at 12:30. Then I got a call. They billed for everything that was possible. I never got an invoice. They know you're leaving. So, they take advantage. An investigation would do this place a lot of good. Young Airman!!!!! Do NOT let the idiot supervisors tell you that on base and off base military housing is good. They just want to micromanage you. They know that it's another way of the military controlling your life. They don't care about the way the company runs the housing. They just want to own you. Rising View banks on the young and vulnerable. Go apply at an apartment. If it takes a little bit of time, understand that you can be refunded for hotel stays!!! The supervisors don't let you know that stuff. They can give you a dorm or one of their on base hotel rooms until then. Do not be forced to do something that is completely your decision. read more

Rising view has by far been the WORST housing experience I have ever had. And that's all thanks to the maintenance department. Our AC went out twice. And both times it took multiple phone calls, technician's and god forbid you ask to speak to a manager because they will NOT call you back. We have currently been without AC since Thursday and it's now Monday. The tech who came out to our house was here all day Saturday to try and fix and he finally concluded that it needs to be replaced. He said he would come back sunday to start taking out old units and bring two portable units and come back Monday to install new units. Well he never showed up sunday and come to find out he doesn't work mondays. But was anyone from Rising view going to tell me that.....no. I yet again had to call. I asked if they could bring two portable units like the tech prior told us and they only brought one. And was told they don't even have new units in stock. WOW. I can't get a manager to call me back. On top of all of that we move out in a week. I'm so glad my husband talks to his first shirt today because he will be relaying all of this to them. And I will make sure everyone knows that Rising view couldn't care less about their residents. I will post on every website I can. So happy to be leaving this place read more

Where do I start other than to ask yelp for a negative star rating. Do not stay here. Worst management, homes are falling apart, My AC and Fridge and Heat are constantly broke, whole house is falling apart, cupboards falling off the walls, basement floods if there is the slightest rain, they treat military members like crap, and have now taken away renters insurance because it is not paid for separately from your BAH check they receive. The fences cost 45 dollars a month and cannot be taken or left, and provide no privacy and no security, they are only knee high and chain-link very tacky. Places look nice at first glance but cheapest products are used for everything, including primer instead of paint on the walls. Worst, go anywhere else besides this place, especially if you're military. Your BAH will buy a house in this area including insurance and tax and still leave some to spare, and these guys will take all of it and leave you with nothing. Horrible company, hoping to leave soon. read more

I am a current resident of the Rising View community who has lived here for about 3 years and I would like future renters to know that this housing community is not worth investing in. I have been in the military all my life as a dependent. I have always believed that living on base or base housing saves money and is the best choice. However, Rising View has shown me that is no longer the case. I don't know what is all in their contract but I can say that the houses are EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY! And almost all the tenants of these horrific houses are dissatisfied living here. Every room except for the tiny laundry room and upstairs closet of the house we are in has a window SO LOOKING FOR A SAFE ROOM FOR TORNADO SEASON IS DIFFICULT TO SAY THE LEAST. The floor space layout and design have always been an issue for me it is horrible. And whether you are senior enlisted or junior enlisted you can LOOK FORWARD TO PAYING 40 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR A FENCE THAT YOU CAN'T LEAVE FOR THE NEXT MILITARY FAMILY WHEN YOU PCS. There is only one company you can rent through which is the exact definition of a monopoly. 40 dollars a month for 3 years roughly equates to to 1440 dollars before taxes so if you need a fence for your family you might want to reconsider it you can of course buy the fence for a one time fee of around a thousand but who would like to pay that sort of money for a wire fence. The harassment from the management office leaves something to be desired. Maintenance is always niece and courteous but they are not the one in charge so don't blame them when you need something fixed in your house and they have to charge you for it. I suppose overall the contract that they obtained through our military was one that possibly saved the military money. I can only hope Rising View management will loose the contract and a better contracting company will take its place. Hopefully our next duty station will have a better housing community that actually means it when the say they care about military families and the lives they live and the sacrifices they make to support our free country. read more

Although the maintenance office has a few things to work on, the houses are nicer and much larger than what you would get off base for your BAH. They provide enough space for your family and also have a yard. We took care of our home and recently checked out with complements and no charges from Rising View. Their leasing office is professional and polite. We don't regret our time here! read more
