Well I bought a bike here today, and the staff was super friendly, and accommodating for what I wanted to try. I made sure that the bike was fit for me properly, and made any subsequent adjustments. They let me try out multiple bikes, and asked me what I thought pros and cons on each of them were. Ultimately I ended up going with a 2019 Rosco seven because of the price point, and it's performance and it came standard with a dropper post. Great experience!!! read more

I've been a customer of this shop for the last couple of years. The customer service is fantastic. I've purchased a couple of bikes for myself, two for my kids and one for my wife. The experience has been second to none. Additionally, the bikes and accessories are of the highest quality. As a road cyclist, the Bontrager accessories are essential. I've tried other brands and accessories that simply do not stack up. I've also been through the Precision Fit system at this shop, and as a result, experienced enhanced comfort. Very helpful staff. We brought a bike in that had been having some trouble with the brakes. My son and I watched several YouTube videos to try to figure it out ourselves to no avail. I thought we'd have to leave the bike for them to look at but after about five minutes, two employees had it fixed and then wouldn't accept any money for it. When we're ready for our next bikes or more gear, they will definitely be at the top of my list. read more

Purchased a new bike and had to adjust the rear derailer immediately after getting it home. The bike was not properly set up and the sales staff was very apathetic. I completely understand it's a seller's market with inventory shortages but they could have cared less about answering questions or setting the bike up properly. I should have walked out but they had the bike and no other dealer did. I will never recommend this store...they are not a legit bicycle shop. If you want to properly set up and tune your new bike, go there and buy only if you can't find the bike elsewhere. read more

I have never done business with Trek and do not own a bicycle, however a bike part was shipped to my home from the West Chester store and charged my credit card $1,513.50 without my authorization. After several attempts to resolve this matter by phone and by email, I received extremely poor customer service from both Trek headquarters and the West Chester store in trying to resolve this matter expeditiously. In addition, I was not refunded my out-of-pocket expense of $47.30 in UPS charges for returning to the store the bike part that I never ordered. read more

Sick of high gas prices? Buy a bike and pedal instead! Trek Bicycle Store carries a number of different brands of bikes but focuses (obviously) on Treks. The store also features bikes by Gary Fisher, Lemond, Klein, and Project One. We stopped in Trek the other day not to buy a bike but to buy accessories...we had decided to try an intense spinning class at the gym and the instructor had recommended beginners buy padded biking shorts or seat padding for added comfort. The employee we talked to couldn't have been more helpful and pulled out every product we might be interested in within minutes of hearing what we needed. The bike shorts we ended up purchasing were $45 each, not a steep price considering the pain they saved us from! I glanced at the bikes while we were there and was astounded by the prices...these are bikes for serious cyclists with price tags starting at about $250 (very few and these are the absolute bottom of the line) to well over $4,000. Trek also offers "fitting" services to make sure customers get the most out of their bikes. read more

I've purchased 2 fx bikes from this store, as well as my son's first bike. I've been very happy with the sales staff and quality of the store. I have also had my road and mountain bike in for service and am always impressed with the quick turnaround time. I was just there this week for some accessories; I'm always greeted by friendly sales staff and find what I'm looking for. In the age of the internet, it's still fun to go to an actual store and get what you need that day, at prices as good as online. Regrets! I regret spending my $1500 on two bikes here. we are happy with our bikes, but my husband and I are first time bike owners. When we purchased our bikes, girl who sold it to us made it out seem like we could drop by any time with any questions or trouble shoot as far bikes goes. we went there today to ask the store representative for help with our new bike stand for cars so we can safely hook up our bikes to our car. The guy just didn't seem interested in helping. First thing he said, "I'm not sure familiar with this bike stand/mount." He just stood there while we struggled for solid 10 minutes. I asked him out of frustration, is there any body else in the store that might be familiar with this type of bike mount/stand? he said "No. there is isn't anyone in the store that is familiar with this." He didn't even bother to go back in the store and check. He continued standing there while my husband and I struggled to get the bike stand/mount on back of the car. My husband finally gave up out of frustration and left. I regret that I bought my bikes from here because this is the customer service I am going to get every time I go there. It was waste of our time and gas driving to the store and asking them for help. Side Note: our bike stand/mount isn't home made, we bought it off amazon website after reading reviews on that particular type. read more

I wasn't even looking for a bike since I already had one. My boyfriend had a mountain bike and I had a hybrid bike and we both wanted to go road biking more. Once he got his bike, he was going so much faster than I was and wasn't going to have it and heard that they will buy your old bike and put it against the new bike. Awesome! So... I looked at a few bikes there and it was a bit hard since I am so short and need to find one that fits me. One of the guys helped me out and was very patient with me to adjust the seat a few times. Plus, he helped me on how to operate the darn thing. What happened to simple bikes?! ha ha Took me a while to get used to it and had a great space in the back parking lot to practice and find a bike where I felt comfortable in. Once I found a good one for me, they helped to put my water bottle rack on and the accessories I decided to buy (Hey, it's 10% off on the first month). The crew is awesome and very very helpful. They are expensive but has great quality. Great investment for sure! read more

AVOID! Took husband's bike in to be fixed for Father's Day. The man who looked the bike over missed bald tires and broken computer. When I brought it to their attention and explained again and again it was for Father's Day and must have it by the Saturday prior, I was assured it would be done. Paid in Full. Saturday prior to Father's Day receive a call stating the bike is not done, but I had her permission to pick up my bike. No apology, no explanation for why it took sooo long to call to tell me they did not have the parts. The woman who called was obnoxious and was very annoyed she had to lower herself to speak to me. THEN they tried to cheat me on the refund. I am disgusted by my experience. read more
