Seth took my wife and I over to a big parking lot to get the basics and learn how to ride the thing before setting us free into the wilds of Cincinnati where people do whatever they want on the road. (We also took the the state's motorcycle class later on, which was actually really fun and well done.) They've always been good on support for me as well. Blew my rear tire while out riding once and they came and picked it up, filled my tire and got me back on the road. Any time I change tires (Intentionally) I have them mount it to the wheel for me for a small charge - usually same day, which is hella-easier than trying to wrestle it on myself. As far as some of the mediocre reviews I've seen on here... I would counter that it's a small, family-owned business. On this scale, you can't be all things to all people or service any random knock-off scooter who's parts are near impossible to find. There's a reason they're dirt cheap. This is still a fairly niche market and it's difficult enough getting support and parts for the brand-name stuff. I've had to turn to Metro a few times when my extensive internetting yielded nothing and they've always been helpful. I can tell you that what they do, they do well and everyone there has been great to us.

Worst bike shop I have ever been to , these Jokers we're supposed to put a stop for the kickstand ,…read morethey took a little Aluminum stock , and put a screw to hold it on, I picked it up in in the dark , my mistake for that , I rode it home , on the way home with a little 90° piece of aluminum it had loosened up , and was bouncing around , and cut a Groove in the new belt , that I didn't see till I got home , by then it was too late , I asked him to clean up the wiring , you know consolidate the wiring tape it up , hide it out of the way , all they did was take their fingers and push the wiring up under the seat and gas tank , that's all no wire ties no taping them , down the bottom of the bike they ran the wire around the loop that you put the wire through , so it was hanging , and they put a clutch in , the total was 800 bucks , when they told me it was 700 bucks , my buddy took his bike to be worked on , they were doing some unrelated work on the saddlebags and stuff, and basically stole his rear shocks , very expensive ones , and replaced them with cheap stock shocks , this I can't verify , but he has no reason to lie , absolutely the shattiest work I've ever seen done on a motorcycle I wouldn't take my bike there again, if it broke down in front of the fucking place .

Finally a place where you will find a quality and stylish gear and clothing. They carry Bell helmets, which makes the ONLY store in the area that has them in stock and you can actually try the sizes on!! The store itself is beautiful and I already purchased some cool posters. Cannot wait to see the store grow and flourish. Last but not least, they RENT motorcycles! Again, the ONLY place in Cincy to get a motorcycle rental! Keep it up Piston Society!
