My Wife and I are new home owners experiencing our first winter in our first house. We had a pipe burst late in the evening last night and were frantically attempting to locate and shut our water off to prevent a flooded house. Despite the late hour King's was the only company to answer our call. Not only were they responsive during our time of crisis but went above and beyond to stay in communication as we tried to get the water off - having us text pictures of valves and walking us through the different possibilities and places to look. When we had difficulties getting the old rusty valve to budge they stayed calm in our crisis and helped us find other alternative options to get the water off and as a result, we were able to have an emergency utility department representative out in a short time to shut off our flooding water lines. They were courteous and possibly the only reason we aren't filing an insurance claim for water damage and flooding this morning. When talking to them the next morning, informing them we had another company in route to fix the issue, they were incredibly understanding and supportive. They even insisted that we don't pay them anything despite our offers and their life saving help! 10/10 Would recommend. Their conduct, communication and care for their customer is beyond evident in how they interact with and help those reaching out to them. King's is a level above the rest, a blessing from above in an industry that would make it easy for them to take advantage of others yet they don't, rather they are unprecedented in care and empathy! read more

I recently hired King's Plumbing for a service involving the unclogging of one drain and the cleaning of another due to a slow drain issue. While their responsiveness was commendable, I must express my profound disappointment with the overall experience. The technician dispatched by King's Plumbing, unfortunately, demonstrated a lack of expertise. The unclogging of the first drain took an excessive one hour, followed by an additional half-hour for the cleaning of the second drain. Moreover, an oversight in the insertion of a drain stop led to it becoming stuck, a problem I discovered only after the technician had left. Regrettably, the service left behind a noticeable mess at both locations, which further compounded my dissatisfaction. Additionally, I found the technician's insistence on receiving a positive Google review to be unprofessional and inappropriate. It was disconcerting to observe him actively seeking positive feedback, going so far as to have the review page open on his tablet. In light of these issues, I cannot recommend King's Plumbing services. The overall quality of service was subpar, and the unprofessional behavior of the technician, coupled with the resulting inconvenience and mess, makes this experience one to be avoided. Furthermore, the cost of the service did not align with the level of professionalism and expertise one would expect from a reputable plumbing service. Water heater stopped working; called Sam at King's Plumbing and he very quickly gave me a no nonsense quote with installation service scheduled and completed within hours of hiring them. I obtained several other quotes for the same product and installation service and none of them even came close. Sam gave me an hour time window of his arrival for the installation work and he showed up exactly within that window. Upon completion, he walked me through all of the details of what they had done and answered all of my questions thoroughly and completely. Very satisfied with King's Plumbing (extremely competitive pricing and the quality of work was great). All I can say is WOW! I called King's Plumbing late on a Sunday evening. They answered the phone and told me they could be out late morning the next day. They then texted me and asked for me to send them a video of what is going on. The main valve to my water shut off was leaking. I did do some plumbing work myself earlier in the day. And shut the main off to do the plumbing. They were able to help me over the phone and I was able to fix the leak. Let me tell you as I am the type of person to not let people work on my projects at home. Any other company would have came out and charged me an arm in leg for a 5min fix. Highly recommend!!!! They even called me 5mins after I texted them back and said that worked to make sure everything was still good. read more

I just had Sam from Kings plumbing in west chester ohio and his team here as my water heater wouldn't heat the water. These men were prompt they came the same day and professional and very knowledgeable and did excellent work and gave me a warranty . Sam has come to our rescue two times already. Him and his team offer a great customer experience. This last time I called him about a water softener leak and immediately upon arrival he discovered that a failed water pressure regulator was the culprit. He also pointed out that my 19-year old water heater was on its last days and offered a prompt and affordable replacement. Pros: - professional and respectful - kept area clean - tested the fix throughly - informed me on the cause and gave helpful advice to prevent - informed me on a potential problem with some other piping corroding, advised it should be fixed sometime, but didn't push the issue - fair pricing Cons: - communication on arrival times wasn't great, but communication while at my home was great Would strongly recommend and will use them again. read more

Had no hot water Sunday night. Called Kings Plumbing Monday about 10:00AM. They came to look at my water heater Monday afternoon. Told me my options.
