She claimed to have over 200k in her audience reach via social media. However, once I received the finished file, I immediately noticed that her "audience" was completely made up of bots. There was zero real engagement or value, and the work was not as promised. I asked for a cancellation right away. She refused. I asked again--no response. When I called her unprofessional (which she was), she accused me of calling her names and again denied the cancellation. Since then, she hasn't responded at all. I also reached out to Fiverr customer service and spoke with Megha and Alaya. Unfortunately, they were no help either. They barely replied, then completely stopped responding. According to Fiverr's terms and conditions, I am eligible for a credit, yet Emily claimed I wasn't--which is false. Her behavior has been dishonest and misleading. At this point, I'm planning to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office so they can investigate possible fraud happening through this platform. This whole experience has been beyond frustrating. Fiverr seems to protect scammers and does little to support honest buyers. If you're considering using Fiverr for book marketing--don't. Save your money and go with a reputable company instead. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone

An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.
