I attended a wedding at Trellis, it was a Sunday wedding. The ambience was beautiful, very nicely decorated and lighted. They have a very good stereo system for the dancing. The food was exceptional. there was a buffet where the food was very good and for my vegetarian husband and me, two vegetarian dishes were served by a wait person at our table and it was absolutely delicious. It had to be special ordered in advance but there was no extra charge. The chef they have must be amazing to have served such a creative dish. We weren't told what it was so I can't say, but I'll post a photo of it. It was cooked perfectly. Parking was plentiful. the venue is on the second floor. There were two staircases plus an elevator that is located next to the rear of Foxtail coffee. My only reservation is that during the cocktail hour, it would have been nice to have additional seating options and more tables to stand at and eat the hors d'oeuvres. read more

I recently went to Trellis 925 for gathering for CFWA (Central Florida Wedding Association) and was blown away at the scenery and decor! Although the wedding was very lovely, and the food was delicious, the venue changed decor and lighting without telling the bridal couple in advance. This seems like a breach of contract and so it should be known that while they perform well, you may not be getting what you envisioned or asked for. read more

The worst wedding venue I have ever attended. We had to leave the wedding because the AC didn't work! Literally no AC in August. The food was completely nasty. Undercooked scallop potatoes, over cooked chicken blah blah blah! Over all food horrible. And don't get me started on the bathrooms and lack of flow in every toilet. This is not a memorable place for your wedding. I was a guest. We left and went to eat some where else. read more

Had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at the newly rebranded Trellis 925 and I cannot say enough good things about this awesome venue! When my husband and were researching wedding venues we wanted something that was very true to ourselves and not the traditional banquet hall. We found all of that and more! From the start our wedding coordinator Kathryn was a total rock start and made the process so easy. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and has a really awesome industrial chic vibe which is totally what we were looking for. Centrally located and really easy to find this venue is a total gem in the highly sought after Dr. Philips zip code. Located lakeside it makes for an absolutely stunning sunset view. This was the perfect spot for our friend's birthday party. Great intimate seating areas, tables and a bar area where our host served beverages. During the day, this space serves as a work venue for people who do not work out of a conventional office or those who may be self-employed or work as consultants. I met the owner, Piper, who said that although this concept was relatively new in the Dr. Phillips area, it has been a successful enterprise in other locations for some time now. Hub 925 also featured separate rooms with tables, chairs and whiteboards for meetings. There were also several tv monitors which I am guessing we're available for teleconferencing and presentations. The people who actually use the venue as workspace do so through purchasing a membership. I think it is a well organized space and decorated in a contemporary and tasteful style. The ambience for our friend's party was great and I would be interested to see how it functioned as a workspace in the daytime. read more

This event space is super modern and well put together. I visited Hub 925 for a birthday party. The party was hosted in one of the rooms where the setup was modern and even had what looked like a train tunnel - with a hidden table and "graffiti" outside. The great thing about the space is you can bring your own food and alcohol in. There was plenty of seating with tables different from your average party rental. There were tables and chairs of all different sizes that actually looked like decorative furniture. The fixtures were super modern as well. There is plenty of space for your group to spread out. This party hired a photo booth which was set up in the back and was visible but out of the way. This place can be used for many things and needs minimal added decor. K hope to rent it out for a party in the future. read more

Hub 925 provides a great space for co-working and business meetings and it has been a much needed addition to Orlando's co-working options, as it is the only space in the Dr. Phillips area. Conveniently located on Sand Lake Road in South West Orange County, the space can comfortably accommodate a large number of co-workers by day, and large sized parties at night. The space is well designed to afford members ample natural light and space the is private when privacy is needed. A fusion of railway and urban themes, the space is great for creatives and offers a space that is almost like a home away from home for home-based workers. I have been a member of Hub 925 since it opened and I have met with several clients in its conference rooms. All have agreed that it is a preferable space to other options in our area. The staff that owns this venue offers first class service. They made our wedding day as special as we had hoped! The interior had the industrial look we were looking for, especially the Urban Loft. We loved the market lights in the Grand Central, but were worried about how the photos would turn out in the dim lighting. It wasn't a problem though! We used Sharon Serraes from Central Florida and she captured the perfect shots. We got the venue we wanted and awesome photos to remember the beautiful day. We're so appreciative of their coordinators/staff - during the planning process they were quick with their responses and communicated clearly. Their flexibility and diligence was exactly what we needed! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Five star venue, five star service! read more

I went to a birthday party here. The space is on the second floor. It is cozy with nice furniture and ambiance. There were tables to eat at and couches to sit on. There was space for a bartender and a dance floor complete with dj. I danced, and enjoyed drinks and meeting people. The only downside is that the bathroom are down the hall. So if you are drinking a lot, you have to time it, because the bathrooms are not in this space. read more

When I 1st saw this place I feel in love and wanted my wedding here. I have asked for a postponement of the wedding date because my best friend that is my matron of honor has breast cancer, my fiancee family suffered a tragic death, one of the 3 fisherman in frostfroof was murdered. Im sure everyone had seen the news. The other reason my guest and bridal party are from out of state not willing to travel cause of covid and some of my family suffered lost due to covid. This had been a traumatic year so far. All we asked was to postpone our March 28th 2021 wedding date to the following year. They have refused to do so. What kind of customer service is this place providing in not supporting there brides. They are basically saying get married on the date you booked or cancel which we would lose all we have paid so far. I will never again do business or recommend this venue to anyone. read more

Interior decor has relaxed, classy industrial finishes. Wifi, printer, scanner, conference rooms, flat screen monitors and more are all available to use. Friendly, flexible owners. My daughter held her wedding here 2 Sundays ago and it was fabulous! We held it on a Sunday mostly because it's cheaper to rent the venue compared to Friday & Saturday. The place is just gorgeous-- urban chic with modern rustic touches. We had close to 100 guests which made the reception space a bit tight but still manageable. I like that there were separate rooms for the bridal party to wait in, another room that we used for the buffet tables, a lounge where guests hung out and socialized between the ceremony and reception, and a nice size dance floor. The grass wall was very cool too. We framed it with flowers and used it as a backdrop for the wedding cake and cutting ceremony. Kathryn, the event coordinator, was phenomenal. She gave us many ideas on how to set up the venue, created a schedule, and kept us organized and calm during the event itself. She is an absolute must-have for a wedding! Many of the guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they've been to. Thank you, Hub 925, for making my daughter's special day awesome! read more
