I didn't want to replace my shower as it was still in good condition. I called Badger Bath and they provided me with an estimate that seemed reasonable. They were able to color match the surround walls to match the reglazing of the tub. They were great about laying down plastic in my living room as they had to do a lot of walking in and out of the home. I was amazed by how awesome my "new" shower looked, and it really did look like a new tub. It's been a couple of years since it has been reglazed. There have been a couple of knicks, but there isn't any peeling/fading etc. It still looks great! Great company, would definetly recommend them.

These guys were timely, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, etc. From the actual digging and piering that was done to the follow up (the following spring) with adding top soil and grass seed. Easy to deal with, helpful at every turn, etc. If you have to spend $20K-$40K on this painful and otherwise undesired house fix, you want it to be as friendly and professionally done as these guys do their thing. The employee, I believe an estimator, who was standing near by walked to the truck but did not move it. The neighbor returned just after the truck left. They were probably too polite to say anything. The next day one of my own family members complained that one of the company trucks was blocking our driveway.

They did such a good job on that work that I contracted with them to replace my aging roof as well. Again, that job was done extremely well. In both cases the crews were careful not to damage any of the plant beds around the house, cleaned up remarkably well and generally left me feeling very good about the quality of the work. I waited a year to post this review because I wanted to test that feeling and be able to review the results over time. Fox River passed the test with flying colors as all of the repair work and the new roof performed as expected. The work is wonderful, and they did an excellent job cleaning after themselves. In fact, my house was hardly dusty, and by the evenings, I was able to walk on the the freshly varnished floors. The price was very reasonable, and I suppose it shows in their not-exceptionally-professional "look," but I personally don't care what the people working on my house look like, as long as they do a good job, and charge very affordable rates.

Our home remodel through Property Revision was an extremely frustrating experience. The proposed…read moreproject was set to be 7 weeks long, it was quasi-complete in 13. The craftsmanship was not up to par and cost $10,000 more than proposed. We had many "add on fees" for items such as - "installation and delivery" (what contractor quotes prices without installation and delivery). Often they had us agree to things verbally without conveying it would change the price (there are laws against this) and then send us a price change agreement weeks later. They seemed very upfront and trustworthy at the onset but quickly turned once the contract was executed and our walls were open (we couldn't back out then). We up against a tight deadline for the birth of our daughter and they did not seem to care. We currently have a hole in our kitchen ceiling from a leaking tub they installed. This is now the 3rd plumbing issue we have during the process with them. Luckily, when the ceiling was cut open, we realized why our in-floor heat wasn't working. They had severed the electrical wires and then electrical taped them back to together and shoved them in the floor (Hint: this isn't code compliant). Our house was always a mess and they used our front porch like a storage locker for their tools and supplies. As my wife and I often joke, they only way they are "Property Brothers of Milwaukee" is if you want Holmes on Homes upset by your choice in contractor. We cannot recommend their services.
