(Not BB, but yall remember that place.) As the daughter of a professional tradesman, I know more than average about what I'm looking for in hardware. And Rudy was also helpful with a smile and without any of the attitude about helping a lady look for a special piece of hardware. I was a little sad when that old lumber yard place closed, mostly because Rudy. Now, I'd also go over to Bourget bros for garden rocks and the occasional drill bit. And yall could not imagine how delighted I was that BB had the wisdom to hire Rudy! I think higher of the whole establishment in general because of it. Our fella Rudy is working in the paint department and two weeks ago he helped me make some duplicate keys I needed. He's still being awesome.
