So my old washer died. I knew it was coming. It was a matter of time. I came to my Yelp, ever so hopeful...and did not dissapoint. Rather than going to the most reviewed as I normally do, I figured to give a small business a try. This business came up as in closer proximity. I called and Mr. Soliz asked me a few questions. He advised me he had two deliveries but would do his best to come by today. After he was done, he called to confirm that he was on his way. Upon inspection, the motor was fried. Based on an estimatenfor a new motor vs. An option for purchase at his shop, I went for the purchase. For 250. He came to my home, diagnosed the problem, went back to the shop and came back to install it. He was friendly, fair and asked me to call him should there be any problems which he doesn't anticipate. He speaks fluent English and Spanish. I am happy to recommend him to anyone looking for washer repairs or 2nd hand purchase. read more

I called to have my refrigerator serviced due to the freezer not defrosting. I was surprised I could get service the same day and within the hour. My service man arrived within the time stated and got right to work. Turned out it was a broken heating element. He replaced it and cleaned up the area he was working in. I received a receipt and 30 day warranty. I am very pleased with the level of service and professinalism of this company. read more

This is the best! It was a referral from a family member and the service was excellent. He came out and checked my washing machine and immediately knew the problem. It needed to be replaced. Since I didn't want to buy a new one because of the quality of the one thing had, 1980s model, he had one in his shop i purchased.
