We had some issues in regards to internal design that did not go well. I'm also not a fan of LED lights I don't like the weird yellow hue. That all said, all of the people were incredibly kind and helpful and when we did have an issue. They went above and beyond to remedy it and make sure that we were as happy as possible. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. The excessive junk mail and solicitations are really quite excessive. I reached out to be taken off of their marketing list and can't get a reply for the life of me. Goes to show you if your trying to work with them their lack of service. It's impossible to find good customer service anymore or companies that care. I am sure they will reach out once they see the review and I am going to tell them its far to late. I highly recommend BriteNites! I've been having a tree in our front yard decorated by them for years. José and his team were here last night to complete my tree for the 2024-25 season. They stayed late (quite late in fact) making sure everything was just right. I was so impressed. I'm sure their day had been a long one but they treated my tree like it was the most important one of the day! Another Britenites team swung by to help them complete. Great teamwork! I'm not sure how I found this company to be honest but I've been using them for 3 years in a row now. I was curious about their Yelp and was surprised to see the not so great reviews. This company has been perfect for us. I have them decorated the inside of my house with lights and wrap my banister. Really makes all my other decorations pop and the price is super reasonable compared to another company that I used about 4 or 5 years ago. They will be coming in a few weeks to light up my holidays and I'll teaks some pictures of the work and post. One year I wasn't super happy with the way my banister came out but all I had to do was communicate it to them. They had someone out the next day and redid it to my specifications and also gave me a discount. Customer service is great and friendly and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. I usually work with a guy named Tony, but the whole company is great. Looking forward to another year. read more

He is accommodating and flexible with dates to put up and take down the lights and does a beautiful job. Do not use this company. They sent a sales person that roped us in and took our cash, making promises that were never met. After several calls we got in touch with the main office that told us the sales person, who was the brother in law, doesn't work for them. They eventually installed the lights, after the date of our party, which was the only real reason I agreed to pay the outrageous price tag. We had to remind them to adjust the invoice for the cash we gave up front. They may have eventually installed the lights and refunded the money, but the customer service was simply not worth the heartbreak and hassle. Needless to say, I did not have them keep and store my lights! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

This company is incredible to work with! They came to my home and did a estimate and came up with a beautiful design. I love to do multi colored lights on my trees and thats exactly what they did! They took my vision of a winter wonderland and made it better than I could have even expected. The office staff was fantastic as they gave me updates as to when the crew would be arriving to install my lights, everything about it for me was easy. I didn't have to lift a finger! I can not recommend Brite Nights more highly. It took a lot for me to make the decision to hire a professional company to do our Christmas lights. I was used to storing my own lights, finding someone to hang them. Yes, it was less expensive, but it still wasn't cheap buying all the lights necessary for a large house. Storage is always an issue. And then there's always that last minute surprise of lights not working. Christmas 2017 was our 3rd year using Brite Nites( formerly Christmas Guys). They're fast, dependable and do beautiful work. When the lights on one side of the house stopped working someone showed up at 10PM to fix them! It's such a treat to not have to worry anymore about this. There's nothing quite like Christmas lights to put you in a holiday mood. And it's a gift to the entire neighborhood! read more

This last Christmas was my first time using this company and I will definitely be using them again next Christmas. I've used a couple of different services in the past and have had some bad experiences so I was a little skeptical at first but I needed someone and was running out of time. I decided to go with Brite Nites because they were willing to send someone over for an estimate that very next day. They even had my lights up that same week! My house was stunning! I have called and emailed repeatedly as well as texted Tony, one of the technicians. They were supposed to show up at my house for an install but no one ever came. When I emailed, I got no answer. I texted Tony who apologized and said he didn't know what happened as I was on the install schedule. I asked that they bring my extension cords, timers, and lights to me which I purchased from them last year and which they have stored at their warehouse (It is part of their service. They have you pay for these items on the first install and then subsequent installs are cheaper since you now own the equipment). He said I could pick them up from their warehouse which is an hr+ away from me. I told him that since I waited all day at my house for their guys to show and they never did, the least they could do was to give me my items and I have not heard back. I have texted and called and no one is returning my calls. read more
