ANOTHER update: I have waxed since I was little. It is not normal for my chin to be bleeding and scarred after service. My chin is literally peeling. Y'all are sick and unaccountable. 0/10 do not go here for waxing. Even in person when I was leaving the lady tried to lie and I stated my phone calls are recorded then she took accountability for stating they were not busy and could take me appt immediately. TERRIBLE. THEY WILL BLAME THE SCARS THEY LEFT ON YOU CRAZY. I have a plethora of pics without scars and have never had chicken pox avoid them at ALL costs. Update: I recorded the call when I scheduled. The manager is now stating I didn't get service there and denying accountability. I would've said go here but be patient with them but now, do not go. I don't need the refund, but good customer service would've said oh no! We waxed your chin so bad you left in pain, we're bleeding which we saw, and then we added Vaseline to try and help with healing, let's refund you. But yall are terrible. I bled and my chin was waxed in such a rush barely waiting 3 seconds between another application and rip off that it burned for 2 days. I asked if they had appointments and instead of saying they have one in 30 minutes they said I can come in now and get it done now. 2 people left because their services were half done and paused, and they rushed me leaving hair and then blaming needing to rush on why my chin was now raw. I want a full refund for this service and will contact the business. I now have scars on my chin and bumps. Terrible experience. They said they were rushing to help me- I never asked or pressured to be rushed. Helping me isn't ripping the skin off my chin and refusing to take accountability
My first visit to this salon was a complete disaster. The first thing that made me want to leave was when she attempted to remove my nails from my hand instead of soaking them off, as I had requested. I had to start cursing to let her know that if she messed up my hands, it would be a problem. To make matters worse, the lady at the front kept blowing her nose in her hand and digging in her nose with her bare hands. The nail technician accidentally cut me while doing my nails. They charged me $30 to remove the nails I had already had on, plus a 1% fee for using my Apple Pay. There were no visible signs indicating that I would have to pay a fee for using my Apple Pay or card. As if that wasn't enough, I was charged $158.57 for a simple pedicure and manicure, plus the additional fees. I will never return to this salon. I should have waited until I arrived in Louisiana to get my nails and toes done. I've never been so disappointed in my life! Ps, I never asked for my eyebrows to be done. The girl kept asking me to do them. I asked for regular polish on both my nails and toes, but she kept insisting I get gel like she was paying for it. They are very pushy to get you to get what they want you to get. I've never seen a business try to get with every customer that didn't like the service. The most professional way to do things is to apologize and do better instead of trying to make little comments on everyone's post. "Just do better. Nobody wants to waste their hard-earned money." And from the looks of it, a lot of people had a bad experience here, and that says a lot about the attitude of the owner. People just want to be treated right. A nail salon is supposed to be relaxation time. My toes are great; it's the nails I don't like. Now I have to pay someone else to fix them when it should have been done professionally the first time instead of getting smart and just doing better. God bless you. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well.
Henry did a great job. My nails have never looked better. I was a walking but he treated me like his best client. I love the jewelry he recommended.
What a fantastic place we came in here very late at night and they stayed open to help us and even served us hot tea and chocolates. Great quality at a very affordable price.
Lana is so amazing! I want to start off by saying I found this place on yelp, needing a nail spot that was open late! I'm so glad that the reviews lined up with all the outstanding customer service that was received. I arrived around 9:30 PM and was greeted by the amazing Lana who did my nails to perfection. She took the time to get the shape right and the delivered quality, fun and a positive experience! Decided to go with all white nails, using dip and a sparkle white for the ring fingers on both hands! It came out so good ....if you were looking for the perfect nail spot, here it is!
I requested acrylic filling with nail art. I had a picture of what I wanted, so I shared it with the nail tech. Since this was my second time returning from getting my full set done three weeks ago, which still looked good and I was excited about that so I thought coming back for my second visit that I would only be paying for an acrylic fill which is supposed to be $35 And nail art which is five dollars and up per the website. I was unaware that my nail art was gonna be $29 also unaware that my fill in was going to be $40. Also unaware that I would pay for reshaping and mixing of colors even though I picked colors to be used. However I like this place but I will also note to ask for pricing 1st which is something I did my 1st visit. Secondly keep the same nail techs that suit me best from my 1st visit. There will be a third visit but with better clarity and hopefully the vibes are as good as my 1st visit.
I had the pleasure of visiting Trendy Nails and couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thy, the Dip Tech, and Darling, my pedicure tech, both had me a little nervous at first--but that quickly changed. Thy is clearly a veteran in the game. Her confidence shows in her work, and it's well-earned. She paid close attention to all the little details that matter to me: no paint on the cuticles, perfect shaping, and most importantly, she took her time. I never felt like just another customer. Thy genuinely cares about her craft, and it shows in the results. Darling, on the other hand, was a bit shy and soft-spoken, but don't let that fool you--she's a powerhouse when it comes to pedicures. This was the first time in a long time that I sat back, relaxed, and let the pros do their thing without a single worry. Everything was perfect! A special shoutout to Lana for the warm, friendly conversation that made me feel like I'd been coming here for years. You've all officially won me over as a loyal customer. Okay so me and my 2 friends went there around 9:40 pm. The nail techs were good and the nails came out good. We were just vibing and laughing yk. The issues was at the end. The "main" lady there (I know it's was already late and they were ready to go) was already rushing and charging us. Saying she had to leave and she needed to close the charging machine. She decided to rush my friend and kept asking her to pay at the same time the nail tech told her to check her nails before to put them in the lamp. She kept asking if it was okay for her to put her hand in my friend's pocket to get her wallet, my friend didn't say yes to her she just looked so confused. I try to tell the lady I can pay for us; my friend asked me to as well. While me and my friend were talking about it the lady decided to go for it. I'm not sure if it was the language barrier or the fact that she didn't hear us talking. But yes it was really rush type of thing obviously we didn't say anything because it was late and honestly we were all tired and ready to go plus we don't wanna make it a big deal to anyone since we know they are also tired. The lady didn't even leave after rushing us. So idk about that but that was the only thing we had an issue. On a side note our nails came out cute, even though my friend did not get the top coat on her left thumb. Due to the little interaction with that other lady. Ps. If you leave a review not to their liking, they will call/message you and your friends; whom you went with. I never said the lady was rude because she wasn't; she was really friendly and nice. It was just the interaction that got us off guard. We have never been in this situation which was what really threw us off.
My mom and I tried this salon yesterday. We decided to get our nails done for new years and we got amazing service. The lady who came up to the front and did my nails was very friendly along with the other lady who was doing my mom's nails. I did not catch their names but they did an amazing job! Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind. We drove 35 minutes to this salon because of their late hours and brought my husband and 2-year-old daughter with me. While she had an "ok" experience, mine was extremely disappointing. To start it off, we noticed one of the staff members (Lana) recording my toddler without asking for my consent. We get it, she's little and cute getting a pedi, but for that same reason it's beyond inappropriate and completely unacceptable. Secondly, I paid $208 for both of our mani/pedis, and I would've happily paid that if the work was worth it--but it wasn't. I asked for a design (which was an additional $35) and had two tips added ($45 with the nexgen), $5 for shape and $10 for idk what. During the process, I noticed bubbling and unevenness and pointed it out to the nail tech. Instead of correcting it, he just layered on more polish. I kept hoping the final result would look better, but under proper lighting at the front desk, I saw the truth: bumpy, bubbly, sloppy nails with specks of who-knows-what--and even a small, visible HAIR sealed into one of the nails (see photos), at the end nail tech Kevin, cleaned my hands with a warm towel and wiped off the clear coat off of one thump. I mentioned the issues before paying, and they did offer to fix them, but it was already 11 PM and honestly, I had zero confidence that they'd do a better job. They also asked me to come back over the weekend, but after this experience, it's just not worth the drive or the stress. My manicure alone cost around $95, and it looks like something I could have done at home--only neater. I will not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values quality work, professional boundaries, or basic respect.

Trendy Nails is such a great spot. Four of us walked in and they were incredibly accommodating--quickly arranging both manis and pedis for everyone without making us feel rushed. They use great products and were so detailed with everything. You can tell they really take their time to make sure the nails look perfect. The whole experience felt very thoughtful, from the massages and hot towels to the polish application. The staff was extremely kind and even offered us tea, which made the visit feel extra relaxing. They really put care into every step and the final results looked beautiful. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. read more
This was easily one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had. I arrived at 3:45 PM the prior day and sat in the chair until 5:00 PM, only to be told the service couldn't be completed. I had to leave and was instructed to return the next day just to have my nails polished. I was still charged that day, with a handwritten note on my receipt instructing me to come back. I originally requested a red cat-eye design, which was quoted at a specific price. When I returned the following day, the attendant was visibly irritated about finishing the service and attempted to charge an additional $30, something that was never discussed when I was charged the day before. I was also pressured for a tip during the initial visit, again with no mention of extra fees. To make matters worse, the salon refused to honor their posted 20% happy hour promotion, claiming my service extended past the happy hour window, even though the delay was entirely on their end. The polish job was rushed, sloppy, and felt like an afterthought before the attendant walked away. Overall, poor communication, inconsistent pricing, unprofessional attitude, and subpar service. If I could give it zero Stars I would I've already left a Google review now I'm leaving a Yelp review this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my entire life I asked for my nails first and foremost to be soaked off she ripped them off with a nail tip I showed her a video of the style of nails I wanted she said sure no problem they were Chrome with glitter ombre I specifically asked for coffin as you can see in the photos that I left the trendy nail photo is what I got squared nails they were crooked uneven acrylic I finally had to just say put a clear coat on them so I could go because I was just done being belittled by the nail techs one there wasn't even working on my nails told me that the reason they couldn't get the Chrome to stick to my nails was because I left my nails under the light too long no I left my nails in there as long as I was told to leave them in there and never have I ever had a problem with chrome sticking to my nails regardless of the length of time they have been in a UV lamp when speaking to the manager the next day she blame me for everything tried to tell me that she seen on video camera where they soaked my nails off no ma'am you better go look at that camera again because they ripped them off and when I went back in after paying $70.70 for my nails and pointed out the nails that were crooked oh no they're straight oh no they're straight no man they're crooked she attempted to fix them mind you when I went to my normal nail salon on Saturday this happened on a Thursday the nail tech could see where they were crooked the only reason I went to this nail salon in Plano to begin with is because I was stuck in the area due to an ice storm I will never make that mistake again I will just walk around with broken nails until I can get to my normal salon read more

I went in at 9pm on a Friday and will definitely be returning, Alex gave me the best french dip set I have ever had!! For only 5$ to upgrade from a classic pedicure to a hot stone massage pedicure, a clean beautiful salon, nail artists with pride in their skill and dedication to detail, and late night hours to accommodate busy schedules, this salon is amazing! read more

I happened upon this place by chance after searching high and low for a salon that would do builder gel manicures! Lana answered the phone and told me to come on over. Little did I know she would be soo amazing! My nails came out exactly how I wanted and Lana took her time to make sure it was perfect. Next time I'm in Dallas I will be sure to come back. Worst service i have ever had! The tech that did my nails left them looking with craters instead of smooth and I pointed it out and she dismissed me like I was making up what I was looking at! The manager saw my nails and told her to fix them and she told me to come back Monday to get it fixed. I went back in today and she accused me of peeling my own nails when they were clearly chipped!! She was so incredibly rude! said told another customer she had been a tech for 30 years and had never once had a problem and I was giving her a headache! She had me wait for almost one whole hour before she attended me when there was another man sitting in the back of the SALON on his phone and I asked if somebody could help me at least start getting the old coat off and she said she was not gonna do that. She was just gonna fix it, but she wasn't gonna do it over again! It wasn't until I got furious and demanded my money back then I suggested we go with a dip rather than gel so they could last longer and then they up charged me 20 bucks! And it wasn't the fact that I paid more money for it, but the fact that she had the worst attitude towards me and the worst customer service I've ever experienced my whole life! I would never go to this place again and I'm very disappointed with how my nails turned out! I told her she was hurting me and she said no it just tickles! If I didn't care about throwing my money down the drain I would've walked out instead of having them fix it, but I really couldn't afford to pay another $75 and not get my nails done! I was gracious enough to pay on Saturday for my Services and I even tipped her even though she completely messed up my nails, but I planned on coming back today for her to fix them and she had the worst attitude and treated me like trash because I want her to fix them! read more

Let me just say that my technician was absolutely amazing! She wasn't able to get me in the same day so she offered a discount for the following day. I requested some extremely detailed nails and she put a ton of work into making them become exactly what I wanted! I think that she was nervous, but she worked really hard to make me happy!! read more
