I don't get my nails done often, so the staff helped me along the way. Friendly staff that was able to get me in quickly for a same day appointment. I showed them a picture and they were able to match what I wanted exactly. They repaired a fairly damaged nail, and by looking at the photo, I doubt you can tell which one had the damage! The salon was very clean, several techs smiled & said hello which was nice. Avi was amazing! I got the $65 pedicure with 10 minute massage. Her leg and foot massage was almost like that of a real massage. So many these days just rub your legs & call it a massage so I've given up. I hadn't had a pedicure in 2 months because of injuries to 3 toes so Avi had her work cut out for her and did such an amazing job that I had to tip her 30%. My friend told me about this salon so I gave it a try on my birthday. First impression, the inside was huge and gorgeous; it was remodeled about 6 months ago. I was taken by Avy, I told her my nails were very short from biting and my cuticles were an absolute mess and she said don't worry. I could tell after the cuticle prep I was in good hands. I like this place but last time i was there i booked my appointment a few days before with Avy, for a manicure, pedicure and my legs waxed. Since she's the best tech in my opinion.. but they told me she was busy with someone else and if i wanted to wait or get someone else, i told them id wait...after about an hour they put her to do someone elses nails and i was still waiting They told me to just sit with someone else At this point i just agreed and did my manicure while i waited in avy to do my pedicure... while doing my manicure the guy told me i should get acrylic dip to make my nails "stronger" so i agreed but he never told me there would be extra cost !!! Went from a regular 40$ manicure to a 75$ just to dip them in acrylic... Once i was done i sat back down and waited another 20 minutes I finally got my pedicure Avy is a sweetheart !!! She did amazing like always on the pedicure.. but when i asked for my wax they told me the person had already left ! so i spent over 3 hours !!! This is my 2nd time coming here. The first time I had a lady who did my pedicure and she did a great job. This time I came I had a male who did a great job on my pedicure as well. I didn't have an appointment but the lady told me to wait and I waited for a little while, not too long. They put me in a chair and told me it would be a little while longer. A male came to work on my pedicure he did a good job didn't communicate much just moved my feet back or fourth. I gave the 4 stars because when he did my manicure (Gel) he would paint one nail then put it under the UV lamp. Also when I told him my nails were gel he used the electric nail filer and that makes nails thin. I know some places soak the nail to take the gel off. Other than that I feel he did a good job the only thing was putting my hand under the UV lamp so many times my hand and nails started to burn so I told him no the next time he told me to put my hand under again. Usually places paint the nails all at once and do that but maybe he was new, I'm not sure but he didn't do that with my feet. After I paid he handed me a card and stamped it with one stamp. I'm not sure how it works there but other places I've been to if you got a manure and pedicure they give two stamps. I didn't receive this on my first visit either. I would of given 5 stars because the place is clean and they did a great job the 1st time and this time around just took a star off because of how many times he put my hands under the UV lamp and the one stamp- along with I didn't receive a card with a stamp the last time. I would recommend this place because it's clean and they do a good job with manicures and pedicures read more

I drove here from Clayton for the kids pedicure chair. The person who did my pedicure was not good. She barely knew how to use toenail clippers. I kept asking her to cut them shorter and she would not. When she filed them, she wasn't actually filing the nail. She didn't clean the dead skin from the corners on my big toe. Once I started to clean the dead skin, she did. Maybe I was her first pedicure ever. She looked very young. The older lady that did the polish change for my kid seemed pretty good. Didn't make a fuss because it was good enough and not the end of the world. It's now over 6 hours after I got the manicure and my nails are still not dry, the polish is getting dented and creased, and my nails look crazy. They even have kids pedicure chairs which is super cute and a ton of color options! The only negative I would say, in hopes this gets read and improved on... everytime I make an appt, I always end up waiting at least 15 mins before they sit me down for my appointment. I've noticed this with other customers too and not sure if anyone else has mentioned it, but I would recommend seating the clients within 5 minutes of their arrival.
