I informed the lash technician, and a fan was provided while the service continued. After the appointment, I experienced blurry vision and irritation in one eye for the remainder of the day. Because of the discomfort, I chose to have the lashes removed the same day and used an eye wash solution afterward, which helped improve the issue. I was initially told I could have the lashes redone at no charge due to the inconvenience, but later that offer changed to a 10% discount instead. While the staff initially seemed concerned about my discomfort, I left feeling disappointed with how the resolution was ultimately handled. This was simply my personal experience, and others may have a different one.
