Hello, I am new to this area and had recently tried to bleach my hair on my own after black bow dye and needed a good hair salon ASAP! I called Trendz and they booked my consultation the same day. I meet with Alora and she gave me multiple options for my hair in its current state and even spent time to show me photo imagines that of what she could do. We booked an appointment for an all day session. When I tell you that my hair was completely transformed! I went from yellow with extreme root growth with some of the worst damage imaginable, I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair without it falling out, to a beautiful brown with blonde mix of healthy strong hair. Miss Alora was so nice and professional and answered all my questions while always walking me step by step through her process. She was an absolute delight and lifesaver! I am new to the area and was looking for someplace to go and get my hair cut. I met Robyn at a Bunco night and felt immediately at ease in her presence. Then come to find out she is a hair stylist and owns her own salon. I went with high expectations and WAS NOT disappointed. Everyone on staff was as, if not more welcoming than Robyn. She did a great job with awaking my curls that I have been blowing out for ages. My daughter also got her hair cut and it looks AMAZINGZING. I was so happy with my experience that I got my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Robyn's gracious daughter. So needless to say, we found out place and our people. YAY! read more

My favorite haircut ever! I recently moved down to Georgia and did some research and found Trendz Salon. Alora colored, cut, and styled my hair and she is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to really listen to what I wanted, and I left absolutely loving my hair. I was very appreciative of her professional expertise and her advice was extremely helpful. She even stayed around two hours past their closing time to make sure my hair was exactly what I wanted, and styled nicely before I went to the movies that night. I made sure I scheduled another appointment before I left, because I had such a great experience. I cannot recommend Trendz Salon enough. I went in for a haircut and was greeted with enthusiasm. When the stylist took me back to her a chair, she sat me down and asked me what I wanted, which I described. She disagreed with everything I wanted and told me it wouldn't look good. She told me what would look better so I trusted her instincts. She started cutting my hair, got a phone call from her boyfriend so was talking to him while cutting my hair. She was finished cutting in 4 minutes. Didn't check to make sure it was even or anything. I get up and her boyfriend is waiting for her. She told him sorry to make you wait and that she would just be one more minute. I'm sorry but if you have a date with your boyfriend, don't make an appt so close to the time when he's going to be there. My hair should be your top priority. read more

Just came here for the first time after being referred by a friend and I am so glad I did! I think I've finally found a salon that I will be coming to regularly. I had to change my appt because things came up and they were not only willing, but friendly about having to make changes. Amazing cut and color! My stylist was wonderful, attentive, and knew her stuff. She did an all over color and cut to correct the job done by another salon I went to here in Augusta a couple weeks back and transformed my streaky blonde highlights and uneven tone to a rich, silky chocolate brown color. She also gave me a very nice inverted bob that looks so chic. Big plus: you can bring your kids! They have a child play room so I could have my hair done while my 3 year old son happily played and my infant daughter hung out with me while the stylist was working. I will so be back here again and I highly recommend this salon for excellent service. read more
