That shop directed me to Jocks. They very busy and I expected rejection from Jocks. Instead, the guy at the service desk said they could make the repair in about 20 minutes. my son crashed a car of mine that had other major issues. It was in a high traffic area and I was…read moreworking 40 miles away. I asked my wife to have it towed to the scrap yard. The driver, I believe it was the owners son tried buying it for $200. I said no (I believe they wanted the OEM catalytic converter, battery and aluminum rims making what's left worth about 50% more per lb. somehow he convinced her, after I talked to her, that we could think about it and leave it at his yard. He told her if we decide not to sell it we'd just pay for a second tow. Mind you the cars not for sale and is in my name only. So, days latter, they text saying they need an answer and that they Charge $30 per day for a car to be there (never mentioned prior) Also another hook up fee to go to the yard. So I paid in all Pennies..... it felt great. Awful customer service. CCR towing on the other hand was there immediately and even swept up glass that was on the ground around the car thank you CCR towing. Customer service still matters!
