Terrible customer service. I ordered a product and ended up needing to return it. I returned it within days of receiving it. Still, it's been 30 days, have not received my refund. I have confirmation the return was received and have sent multiple emails and left voicemail with zero response. The items themselves (hats) were OK quality, the graphic was nice. I've been awaiting resolution for over two months on a shirt I sent back for exchange. They told me it wasn't an issue to send it back, so I did (at my own cost), along with the tracking number when they claimed to not have received it ...and been crickets for the past several weeks. Horrible customer service. Tried to return a shirt that didn't fit. Never could get a straight answer from the girls who answer the phone (they sound dumber than dirt, honestly). Gave me a long convoluted story about how they had changed the company that handles their online payments. Finally got a manager on the phone. She was dismissive and rude. When I told her that my refund had not posted, she immediately said, "Well, you just go ahead and file a complaint with your bank, because we refunded you." I mentioned what the girl had said on the phone about changing payment processing companies (giving her an easy out), and she said, "Oh, she doesn't know what she's talking about." I ordered from a site called "Dawg Fans Only." If I had read any reviews about this Trenz place, I would have NEVER ordered from them. read more

What should have been an easy exchange or return for a mistake in their listing ended with them refusing to send me a label to return the product. I made a purchase through Amazon for a set of two Georgia Bulldog pint glasses. I was only sent one. When Trenz Shirt Company was contacted they said the ad on Amazon was in error. I asked that they honor their ad and was told they were already losing money on the pint glass. I asked them to honor their ad because $ 16.99 should not break the bank. Well... I don't know.... I am so disappointed in the "NO" customer service I received today. I called at 9:05 a.m. to see if they do embroidery on items not purchased from them. I was told, yes, I then asked could I get it by Friday, I was told yes. I drove all the way from Oxford. When I got there I entered the building and walked all the way to the other side of the store and NO ONE could be found. I walked back to the counter and was repeatedly yelling, Hello and still no one. I walked back to the other side of the store and there was a gentleman in an office. He came out as soon as he heard me saying Hello. He had to go to the back and got a girl. I told her why I was there she looked totally lost. The owner was a little confused as to why I was in the store and not in the embroidery store. So he told me where to go to get there. I got there and the girl was writing down my request and when I told her I needed it by Friday, she told me, "there is no way they can do it by then." I walked out totally frustrated and very disappointed in the NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I received. I did call the store back and spoke with the owner and told him how disappointed I was and he offered for me to come back and he will make sure I get it by Friday. NO thank you, two horrible customer service experiences I will find someone else!! Word of mouth is the best power we as CUSTOMERS have, and this is not the first time for bad customer service at this store. But I went out of my way to be told NO. Let me begin by saying it is not easy leaving a review for this company. But it is important to me that the people hear an honest review of terrible customer service. In my entire life I have never been charged a "restocking fee" for clothing. I would suggest you are a 100% sure that the clothing will fit you or make the trip to Georgia to try their clothing on. If it doesn't fit and you return it, in complete perfect condition with tags still in tact, they will charge you a restocking fee. It's in the fine print somewhere. I had passed by this little place for a while & wanted to stop in. I didn't realize I would be able to try on the shirts, but asked the girl if I would be able to exchange the items if they didn't fit & she said "yes" as long as I had the receipt. Well, that ended up not being the case at all! She said that because I purchased Christmas & clearance "the computer" wouldn't allow her to do that. I let her know that I JUST needed a different size, but she said there was NO WAY they could do that through the computer. Anyway, please be VERY cautious about purchasing clothing here as the customer service is not good. They also need better signage for what is returnable/exchangeable & not. They need to train their staff better at informing customers the right things when items are purchased. Of course, if I would have known there was no way to at least exchange I never would have purchased here. read more

The worst customer service I have ever received. Bought a shirt that fell apart after one wash...literally fell apart...the front pocket fell off. The seams on the sleeves were tattered and undone. I took the shirt in with receipt and was told there was nothing they would do. The manager wouldn't even come to the front...had one of the teeny boppers be her messenger. As someone who spent a good amount regularly there...they made it clear that their customers are of no importance to them. Will NEVER shop there again. read more
