The door of this place is very colorful and fun. Studio is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There are cubbies to place your belongings. They have extra mats in case you forget yours (like I did...). The bathroom is clean and spacious. I did the one hour pour hour class and it was just what I needed. A good mix of workout, stretch, and relaxation. Caitlin is an excellent instructor. I enjoy instructors that find that happy medium of pushing you a little, but at the same time making you feel comfortable doing what you can. I LOVE the colorful lights on the ceiling and also the use of essential oils in the end (if you want, you can opt out of the oil). My body and mind feel very good after this class. After speaking with Marisa she assured me that it was not as bad as I had originally thought and there was a path forward without wholesale changes to my lifestyle. The plan she gave me was very simple to follow and only slightly tweaked my eating habits. By raising my awareness of things that I should reduce, not remove, I've since been able to lose weight and cut the cholesterol.
