That said, weekends can get extremely busy, so I usually recommend visiting during the week if you want a more relaxed experience. The only downside, in my opinion, is that it's become very crowded. When the tour buses arrive, the atmosphere can start to feel more like a tourist attraction than the laid-back orchard it once was. I think limiting attendance a bit during peak times would create a more enjoyable experience for everyone. I'm also not a big fan of having to rent the sidelines, as it adds to that commercialized feel instead of the relaxed winery atmosphere that many people are looking for. Overall, it's still one of my favorite places to gather with friends and family. The new staff members im referring to, look to be of Indian heritage. The male was speaking in his native language while ringing me up, the female was looking at me and laughing at the same time. This is not good customer service. All this does is make the customer feel uncomfortable and not want to spend money at the establishment anymore. I walked in today, saw that the same staff are still employed there, and walked right out. Thruway wine and liquors, do better. Pay attention to who you are hiring and treat your customers better.
