We rented a MB Revel 4wd camper van from KV twice. This time they went above and beyond for…read morecustomer service. For our second trip we rented for nearly 3 weeks and basically at the start of our trip the alternator that charges the Li Ion batteries broke. We survived for a few days by using solar to recharge the batteries than run the water pumps etc, and using a butane stove to cook, instead of the induction cook top, but long term this was not going to work. It took a while, with several frustrating WhatsApp calls made challenging by limited WiFI and cell access, to trouble shoot what had gone wrong with the van, but in the end it all worked out. Kellville arranged to drive an identical camper van from SLC to Canyonlands, a 300 mile one way trip, to swap out our broken van. This is above and beyond customer service given the remote location where we were camping.
