The abrupt and unprofessional manner in which Ms. Bradley ended our last conversation is unacceptable. This is hands down the worst fraudulent insurance company next to Legacy which is there sister company. A Legacy ensure wrecked into me a Traxis ensure and they tried to pin both of us at fault so the insurance company did not have to pay out however I fought it, and 9 months later still waiting on my reimbursement check. It still shows that I'm at fault for an accident that I did not cause. (It was a three car accident on the freeway and I was in the middle) they never even asked for a copy of the police report before putting me at fault for this incident. I personally had to send it to them. I've called and sent emails for 9 months now. They've had three different people "in charge" of my claim. Still nothing.. and the supervisor is rude and no help! We found Trexis through an insurance agent called "Insurance Doctors" so we didn't even question if Trexis is a legitimate insurance company, but we were WRONG big time. I would have looked them up on google before we signed up with them, but we trusted the agent Insurance Doctors. When you type their name on google search, all you see is nothing but complaints. We were with this insurance company for 2 years. About 5 months ago we got in to an accident and filed a clam. We have been with Trexis with full coverage for 2 years. Problem started when we had an accident and filed a claim. As far as I am concerned, Trexis is NOT an insurance company. Trexis is a complete scam. The whole company and everyone we managed to speak to is trained to trick, frustrate, exhaust and piss off anyone filling a claim until you give up and move on. I recently got a hit and run on my new 2020 scat pack challenger. Been waiting for over a month to hear back from insurance after they told me the car is totaled now due to frame damage. Had a police report and everything yet they are saying that their still "investigating" my police report. Why say it's totaled but not total the car out for over a month? They find different cause not to cover my claim. I call them, they do not answer, sometimes they just disconnect my phone line. Very long time that they are not taking care of my claim.
