I gave Tremayne Williams $700.00 on November 1, 2104, as a deposit for my sons wedding to be videographed by Twilight Film Works on June 6, 2015. February rolled around and had heard nothing from Tremayne. So I tried calling, texting, emailing. Nothing. After about 1 1/2 weeks, I looked at Yelp! Ouch! My heart sunk. So I immediately got on the phone with my bank and started a fraud case against him. He has now also started a company named T. Armondo Productions. The finished product (my wedding video) was acceptable, but it took 4 months to get it. We are still waiting for the raw footage of the ceremony which was requested from day one. Trey keeps promising to send to us, but after numerous emails he never does. We were married in August 2013 and received the video in December. It is now July 2014 and still no video of the ceremony, which is what we've been asking for since the wedding. read more

This is a little lengthy, but trust me, if you are considering hiring them for your wedding day, you're going to want to read this! If ZERO stars were possible, that's what they'd get. My wedding was in September 2013. After going back and forth with Trey (the owner of the company) for months, I finally got a link sent to me of my "finalized" wedding video in February 2014. The music selection was WRONG, only one song of three on the video was one I selected, the others were just random songs put on there. The video starts off nice, shows me getting ready, my husband and groomsmen getting ready, starts in with the ceremony, shows some footage of my husband and I taking pictures after the ceremony, and then it just ENDS. No footage of the end of the ceremony, NO footage of our reception (no first dance, no cake cutting, no bouquet toss, no garter toss, NOTHING) The video, I kid you not, is only 8 min long. I paid over $800 for the "package" we got and the 2 videographers were there for almost 8 hrs. So I basically paid $100 per min of video. The best man at our wedding also does wedding videos (only reason he didn't do ours was because he was in the wedding) and said that the shortest wedding video he ever made was 30 min long, and that was only because it was only a ceremony with no reception. I tried contacting Trey SEVERAL different times (both via email and phone) no phone calls were ever returned and only every once in awhile did he respond via email stating some lame excuse like, "I receive hundreds of emails a day, sometimes I can't respond to them all." I complained about the video saying it wasn't long enough, didn't show half of what I paid for (I paid extra to have them stay for the reception, and there is zero footage of the reception), and the music was wrong. He assured me he would look over the footage and make edits. TWO MONTHS LATER, in April 2014, I get a package in the mail with 3 DVDs of my wedding video. I got all excited, I FINALLY had footage to show to my friends and family that were unable to attend the wedding! I put the DVD in to watch it...... IT IS THE SAME EXACT VIDEO HE SENT ME A LINK TO 2 MONTHS AGO!!!!! Nothing has been changed, the music is still wrong, it's still 8 min long, no footage of the end of my ceremony or my reception! Since April I've had no responses from Trey to even attempt to fix this. I am filing a small claims case against Treyski for my money back, and my raw footage so I can hire someone else to edit it into an actual wedding video and not just an 8 min clip of my 8+ hour wedding day. My advice to you is to stay as far away from this theiving, unprofessional company as possible. The money you "save" is NOT worth the headache you will have to deal with. read more

Hiring Tremayne A. Williams for our 10 year wedding vow renewal is the biggest regret we have. Because of his broken and unprofessional promises, we are constrained to proceed with legal actions which I am not even sure will provide us the resolution we want. We'll see how our trial for today goes. These people are absolute crooks! I hired them for my September 2013 wedding. My first anniversary is in 3 weeks and guess what? I still have no wedding video!!! I got a "trailer" or "teaser" and it was horrendous. I asked them what happened to the songs I picked and got no response. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They responded, but still, no video. It is considered an "unresolved" complaint. I have spent time crying over this and finally just asked to send the raw footage (which I already paid for) and for him to forget even doing the video. I have now gotten a lawyer involved to get all of my money and raw footage back. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! These people have totally tarnished the memory of my big day. Unfortunately for situations of doing a wedding video ALL of the parts (price, the day-of videographers, the editing, and the timeliness) have to come together to make it a pleasurable experience. If ANY of the parts fail then the entire thing FAILS. This is truly an area where the weakest link out of each of the separate parts defines the entire result since you don't get a 2nd, 3rd, etc attempt at getting it fixed (unless you want to redo your entire wedding). While the price "seemed" right and we had no complaints about the guys that came to do the filming on the day of (they were very nice, easy to talk to, easy to work with, etc), the real problem didn't rear its head until several months later and that problem was the owner himself (Tre). I haven't been able to completely figure out where Tre has gone horribly wrong with his business but as I sit here typing this we are 1 year and 2 months (14 months!!!) after our wedding and still have never received a finalized version of our wedding video. Let me repeat that. I celebrated my 1 year anniversary with my wife 2 months ago and we do not have our completed wedding video despite dozen and dozen and dozens of pleas/hours/etc. emailing and calling Tre personally to get the thing finished. If you were to give Tre the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to general business incompetence, then he simply has no ability to turn down new work (ie: he has no time to finish your stuff because he is so slammed with other jobs) especially when his policy to to charge you 100% of the entire cost up front. He makes sure that the initial editing schedule is long enough that the first time he lets you know your video is several weeks delayed that it is already beyond the time when you can do anything to get a refund through Paypal or the credit cards. Also never mind the fact that you DON'T HAVE THE VIDEO OF YOUR IRREPLACEABLE WEDDING DAY. (I can't add enough exclamation points so...) If you DIDN'T give Tre the benefit of the doubt then some might claim that such behavior could be described as either fraudulent or (considering the emotional distress) sociopathic. I'll leave all the 1-star reviews listed here and I'm sure many other places as an open exercise to the readers to figure out where the chips actually fall. My wife set out months ago talking to both Paypal and the credit card which the payments were made through to get them reversed and has not been able to get any of the funds returned yet. So like several of the other victims that she has talked with, our last option seems to be taking the matter to court but there seems to be several other outstanding judgements that have been granted against the company and so far we haven't heard of any successful collections on those judgements so it is likely yet just another dead end. In summary: if you want to add drawn-out stress and tension to the memory of arguably one of the happiest days of your life then you just might have found the right video company for the job (look no further). read more

If i got my video in a timely manner (3-4 weeks per my contract with Treyski), this would have easily been a 4 star review since the video I ended up receiving, was up to par with the quality of videos on Treyski's vimeo page. They let me make music selections and they also used most of the moments I wanted featured in the video. Out of all the items we contracted for (raw footage, highlight video & 2 min trailer/teaser video), I did not receive my teaser video but due to all the hassle (below), I'm just gonna let it go since I got the more important items. Overall, I am happy with the products itself, that I did receive. BUT........... It took almost 8 months to get my video! I sent numerous emails to them, to which I got no response. I called a number of times and spoke with a "Rob" each time who told me to submit my music selections and video suggestion (which i did later that day), then on another occasion he said my video was being worked on, and finally another time said it was complete and that I could schedule a time to pick it up. When I called to set up a pick up time, my calls and emails were again being ignored. Then a few days later, I get an email from an editor asking me for my music selections I wanted for my video. I was confused because my understanding was that my video had been completed. I was also dumbfounded that they would ask for my music selections since I had already submitted them a few weeks back! I sent one more email to Treyski detailing every communication I had with the company and demanded a response. I did not get a response. At that point, i was done being ignored and done playing their games. I contacted my attorney and had him write a formal demand letter for my video. It's funny that I didn't get 1 response to my numerous emails but my attorney got a response within hours of sending that letter. I ended up getting my video within a week of my attorney contacting him. They spelled my husband's name wrong on the video but after contacting Treyski again, they did make the correction and resent my attorney the videos within another week. Also, looks like this company is changing its name. Their old vimeo page has been renamed to Twilight Filmworks. And there is a new website for that company. Wonder what the reason for their new business name is...bad reviews perhaps? Whatever the reason is, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know getting married. No bride/groom should have to wait more than what they contracted for, for their video. I really tried to be patient but after the 6 month mark, I wasn't going to just wait around anymore. Our wedding was on May 10th, 2014 and it is now the end of February, 2015! It has been 9 months and all we have to show for it is a 2-minute, crappy video clip of a bare dancefloor and people's back with music that didn't fit our taste. It was promised that the video would fit our theme, even Tre himself gave creative ideas. I was yelled at on the phone for being impatient (just for following up) and never received a single reply to my email inquiries. These scam artists have not only wasted the only opportunity to capture a one time memory, but has taken advantage of a couple with 2 toddlers and a baby. He has been trying hard to sever this connection because of all the people he screwed over. After paying $1499 for his services, he was unreachable after the wedding. After 7 months of lies and deception, of ignoring calls, postponing, and lying that the video is almost ready, I find out that he does not even have my video because he never paid the people who did the actual filming. The only way I was able to get the RAW footage was by essentially paying a ransom of $600 for it. I also know that they got this idea from Tremayne himself, saying that people will pay if they want it bad enough and that is how the videographers will get their money. COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT MY WEDDING.- I had to call and ask where on earth he was, and then he sent someone who was about 5 hours later than scheduled time and the guy had to rush there and was not prepared. I was supposed to have two people filming, only had one. My video was horrible quality - when I did receive my DVD the grooms name was wrong. Requested 100 times for the raw footage to just have the entire thing re done and he did not respond to multiple requests. I'm heartbroken over my horrible horrible wedding video. AVOID THIS COMPANY! It has been 7 months since my wedding was recorded by Treyski Entertainment. I called, emailed many times and after a few months of trying to get in contact with them, a phone call was picked up. The person on the phone told me my video was finished and it was just waiting for approval of the finished product. I was relieved I had gotten in contact with them and that my video was finished. About 3 weeks later I got a phone call from an editor, saying my video was now in editing, and I mentioned I had been told it was finished. He said there had been an issue with the previous editor and he was now going to take over. At this point, I was still feeling okay, because I had heard from them and I just wanted my video. This was in July. I still have yet to receive it. I will definitely be following the procedures I need to follow in order to get my money back and at least my raw footage! read more

For anyone of you considering using Treyski productions I highly suggest considering conducting your business with someone with some ethical principles. Tremayne Williams presents himself very well on the initial contact. He will even offer to come to you to ease the process of signing the contract and obtaining your down payment. Watch out as Tremayne will not offer you a receipt even after several attempts of requesting for one. I found out later that his company has been previosuly reported to the Better Business Bureau, the IRS, and the Long Beach business licensing department. He will claim that he holds office on the Wells Fargo building on Ocean Blvd. This is untrue.After signing a contract and giving Tremayne the final payment on the day of the even. Tremayne will be un anavialble to you. He will not return your calls until a more than a week after, for which he finds nothing wrong. On the first meeting he will tell you that your video with the edited version will be availble a month after the event. Again when you attempt to make contact with him to ask for a time frame that you can expect the finished product he will tell you that he has too many clients to attend to and will not be able to give you a time frame. Tremayne has no regard for the sanctity of your event. His only goal is to take your money. After paying him $613 Tremayne stated that I should not expect better quality becauseI only paid for $400 worth. The atrocity of his business practice expands to refusing a simple request of dowloading our video to a flashdrive. He downloaded our video, raw footage to a drop box. OMFG! HORRIBLE video. Every single time I think about my wedding video, I want to throw up. We actually won a legal settlement against Trey, and guess what. He's nowhere to be seen, nor has he paid or anything. On top of that, he's now opened another company apparently - Twilight Filmworks. I don't know why all the negative reviews. Our wedding video exceeded my expectations and all my friends loved it. The video Treyski created was short and sweet, light and entertaining (12 minutes). They did a great job on editing and really highlighted our special moments. I watch the video over and over again and never get sick of it. read more
