My close friend Robert Fontana from Farmer's Insurance referred me to this wonderful young lady named Zelma Banuelos, the Mortgage Loan Officer from TRG, after my friend came to learn about my struggle. I have a very complicated situation. (If I were to elaborate on my situation, this review would become a 10 page essay and no one will end up reading my review so I will skip it and get straight to the point) Basically, no banks or Mortgage companies can qualify me for what I was requesting and I've tried for months with many financial institutions, I was getting turned down left and right. I had no choice but to turn towards the utterly expensive Private Money Lenders. When my friend Robert came to learn my story, he quickly referred me to Zelma, and he reassured me that she can get it done for me because she had done some amazing work in the past for his clients who were stuck in the similar situation as me.
