I Never mentioned the AC to the new shop and now my AC is magically fixed. I thought if I paid more, my car is protected by experts. I was wrong. Sadly, after a few thousands invested through the years, I realized this business is not protecting your vehicle, it is overcharging their customers with minor work done in hopes they come back. Appointment was a week out. no…read moreproblem. i dropped my truck off for the appointment. 2 days later i get the work order to approve to have the work done. i noticed a large service on the work order was on there twice but with a different code. i called to address this issue and to see what my warranty was going to cover. i was told they would get back to me. 3 days later i had to call them to get an update. wouldn't you know, they have done nothing. so after a week of waiting for my appointment and 5 days after dropping it off i never even received a correct work order to approve.
