The icing on the cake for me is they will hold a conversation with you and talk to you about your car without trying to talk down to you or trying to fast talk you into a bunch of unnecessary stuff for your vehicle. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the receptionist accused me of causing the damage myself. As a long-time customer, I expected much better customer service and accountability. This situation also reminded me of previous concerns about pricing. For example, charging around $60 to replace a basic air filter that costs about $10 and takes only minutes to install felt excessive. Very disappointed with how this was handled. I simply wanted honesty, professionalism, and responsibility taken for the damage done to my vehicle. And please do not respond to this review acting concerned now. No wait time and they were able to do a safety inspection for my car then and there. Whole process took about 20 minutes and cost $20! Let's face it we all need that service center you can trust. They have never attempted to up sell me on anything and they have never pushed a repair onto me. I've quested their repairs and have never had to go back for adjustment or the work not done correctly the first time. Since using them as a repair center for several repairs and having great dealings - I decided to begin using them as my go to for state inspections as well. As for cost - again I've never had them up sell me on anything and feel the costs that I've paid for repairs have been fair and most likely less then a dealership. Several weeks have gone by. And Corey have not given any answer to communication is absolutely effing horrible. That being said this is completely contrary to things I have heard about the shop which are otherwise good. It only takes my first experience of absolutely no communication after I have been up there several times face to face with Ed politely my uncle has even been up there face to face with him we cannot get an audience with Corey there is absolutely no communication oh how frustrating. Needless to say they will not be doing the work nor will they be doing any work of mine or any other family members if I can help it or friends from here on out. Everyone I know will know about this.
