I contacted the shop multiple times trying to speak with the manager, but my calls were never returned. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the receptionist accused me of causing the damage myself. As a long-time customer, I expected much better customer service and accountability. This situation also reminded me of previous concerns about pricing. For example, charging around $60 to replace a basic air filter that costs about $10 and takes only minutes to install felt excessive. Very disappointed with how this was handled. No wait time and they were able to do a safety inspection for my car then and there. Whole process took about 20 minutes and cost $20! Had a great view of their cat napping on their windowsill the whole time. Love that they were also only 5 minutes away. Definitely going back every year for my Safety Inspection.
