This is my second move in 5 months, and both were with Must Have Movers. The first move was so smooth, I figured why not run it back with the same great group. This second move was overall a great success. I had Chingiz and Dima, the same pair for my last move, and they were all-stars. I had about a studio-1bedroom move with everything staged to make things go as smooth as possible. We were packed within an hour and done early since I wasn't moving far. They are professional, personable, and thorough. Having Chingiz for the second time around was incredible, as there was a familiarity with what needed to be moved and the care required. I would have him move me the next time that's for sure! As for the communication from the office, I was very disappointed and frustrated. I originally inquired for an 8-10 AM move on a Saturday. My quote came with a 3-5PM slot (2 weeks in advance), so I took what I could get. However, despite them giving you the 24 hour notice of, "are you sure you are ready for us to move you" text, I never got a heads up call. It was 4:56 PM and I finally had to start making calls. 10 minutes later the foreman calls saying they needed to stop for a quick break for food/water due to the heat, and that they would be there by 5:30ish. I am in construction management so I understand crew safety, but all I needed was a call, text, some sort of heads up. I got nothing. And despite all that, the crew didn't show up until after 6 PM. I was ready to move by 2 PM in case they were early, and common decency. Despite the poor communication from the office, the move itself was smooth. There sure is room for improvement for communication and the "arrival windows" since both were failures this time around by there office. I got no apologies or anything about it, and I had to be out of my old place by 6 PM, which obviously didn't happen. I'm satisfied with the movers and a smooth process, but I don't appreciate all the waiting without any communication. read more

BEST MOVING COMPANY! I wish I could give them 10 stars! This group of men, led by Chingiz are wonderful. They are quick, efficient, and careful. I had them move my husband and I's apartment, they did it in 2 hours. This company provides very competitive rates and are very communicative. I used them because the previous movers that I had used in the past, went out of business. However I am glad that I found Must Have Movers. I will now be recommending Must Have Movers for any future move that I have and will be recommending them to anyone that I know, and my leasing office just incase future tenants ask if they know anyone. This company not only is willing to breakdown and move furniture, they also put it all back together in next location. They completed what I needed of them in 2 hours what would have taken me at least a whole weekend. I just want to say thank you to Dmitrii and Azamat, who helped us with packing & moving my mom's stuff from Fallbrook to Fontana. I cannot believe how fast & efficient they were. They did what we could not do for months. My mom's apartment is in the second floor and I cannot believe the endurance they have, how they were able to bring all her stuff to the truck, up and down the stairs. I honestly felt a bit of a shame as we did not even really declutter my Mom's stuff (we tried but we struggled a lot to do it). She has so many random stuff, and I had to ask assistance from them to pack all of these, and they helped us very kindly, very efficiently and very important to us is they did all these without judgement. They communicated well to us, and explained everything about the service and even helped us throw some heavy garbages we cannot carry. They did not waste any of their time in accomplishing the work. I needed to move this last Saturday from my 2 bdrm apt to another 2 bdrm apt down the street. Spectacular moving company! Dillon and Stan arrived on time, and they immediately got to work. They moved so fast and with such efficiency, that I feared they would wrap me in shrink wrap and load me into the truck if I got in their way. There was some unexpected construction on the street to my new home, but that didn't phase them at all. They rolled with it, and continued like it was nothing even though it meant they had to walk further than expected. Lastly, the quote given to us by the company was precise, and there were no surprise expenses.
