I recommended their services to a friend who lives over 70 miles away because she had gotten a quote for tuning up her A/C in her house that was $995.00! She was devastated!! She called another company and they quoted her $750.00. I told her to call Al & Riley's because I personally have experienced more than one A/C company here in AZ that were dishonest and I knew Al & Riley's have been super with me for the past 5 years since I found them. She called and even though they had a $60.00 charge to travel that far they still came in at a total price of $300.00! They were up in her attic for 1 1/2 hours and her A/C is working fantastic now! After they left, I had messaged Rudy about sending me a hand written receipt, showing what was being charged stated that he would send me a receipt by the end of the day three days later message to get about getting a receipt. Seat. Still no receipt of what was being done or what was charged for what. I know the fact the capacitors don't cost that much on Amazon. They are only $20 so $300 how much was a capacitor how much was a service call still was not given me a real receipt for my payment. I cannot recommend this company as they are not professional they were almost an hour late to my appointment. No phone call letting me know that they would be late in the future. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.
