We didn't have a licensed person put in our original split a/c and were having coolant issues. :-( He came over to look at our unit, and a couple of days later, came back with his team to repair it. He was upfront about telling us that he couldn't assess any internal damage the last two repair companies might have made to it. But, he did tell us what he would recommend if we ever needed to replace it. Well, it worked super well for about 10 days and then simply died. So we were in touch with him again, got an installation date and time, and his team came over again. These guys really know their stuff! And, they were so professional, courteous, and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. They re-routed several things, put a breaker box by the outside unit to make it easier to access (see photo), took away a ton of unnecessary wires, hoses and foam which they consolidated into a very small space in the garage. It was amazing. We couldn't be more pleased with Robert and his company, his employees, and the service we received. You will not be disappointed.

They came out and changed it without telling me what the price was before installing the capacitor, they installed it and came back with a price of $300 stated the whole unit will eventually need replacing as it's making a loud noise calling me $7500. After they left, I had messaged Rudy about sending me a hand written receipt, showing what was being charged stated that he would send me a receipt by the end of the day three days later message to get about getting a receipt. Seat. Still no receipt of what was being done or what was charged for what. I know the fact the capacitors don't cost that much on Amazon. They are only $20 so $300 how much was a capacitor how much was a service call still was not given me a real receipt for my payment. I cannot recommend this company as they are not professional they were almost an hour late to my appointment. No phone call letting me know that they would be late in the future. Looking back, it makes a lot more sense why our electric bill kept climbing every month. The team came out and thoroughly tested our system's effectiveness and walked us through everything they found. They provided quotes for several different options--a package unit, a split system, and mini splits for each room in the house--and really worked with us to find what would best fit our needs and budget. At no point did we feel pressured into choosing one option over another. Our electric bill had gone from around $200 in April to $300 and then $350, and we knew that wasn't sustainable. Although mini splits were the biggest upfront investment, we decided they would be the best long-term solution for our family. We're already seeing the difference. Our average daily electricity cost has dropped from about $13 a day to around $7.50 a day, and our home is more comfortable than ever. The savings will add up quickly, and we finally feel like we're not throwing money away cooling our house. We're incredibly happy with both the installation and the service we received.
