Always counted on them and they were always very responsible. Now.... Have not heard a peep from them this year at all. She called another company and they quoted her $750.00. I called Air assurance they showed up right on time the…read morenext day on Sunday however they charge almost 3 times the amount if you called him on the weekend. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.
