A couple of years ago, the manager, Bob, retired and everything changed. The new manager is extremely difficult to work with and can be very rude. I have had a few negative customer service issues with her in the past few months. I honestly feel like she is trying to run all the customers off. I have spoken to several other customers that I know who have been banking here for as long as I have (over 15 years) and many of them tell me that they don't even visit that branch anymore. They tell me they drive to the other side of town. They all state the customer service is better on Bichelli Avenue. I really don't want to drive all the way across town, when there are other credit unions in the downtown area. I am currently considering moving my family banking elsewhere, but it is such a hassle. I wish there was someone that I could talk to at the corporate level to express my concerns. Maybe someone would be able to talk to her and convey to her the importance of friendly customer service. While they are at it, maybe they could get her to stop being such a...killjoy.

The worker at the branch in Redding are good people, but im never in town. only problem is its a smaller bank, and i travel for work alot. i got my statment and i noiticed I was charged fees every nmonth. i made up my mind to close my accounts, I called the 1-800 number, and i got one of the agents, his name was nick. nice guy, because of that guy, i decided that day to keep my accounts. just the way he helped me, he was honest, sincere and made sure to hear me out. He listened to what i had to say, he was knowledgeable to. explaind everything to me how to keep my accounts free. so thank you to Nick cause of him, he mentioned sierra has best rates on car loans,he told me that when im ready to buy a car cause i travel for work, to make sure to call or come into the branch, which iw ill. i highly recommend if you call the 1-800, ask for him, he will make sure to take care of you.
