This is the only place in Redding that you could actually go in make a payment and get a receipt in paper. Just had a very bad experience. Wanted to pay the first payment ahead of time. To avoid 30 days of Interest. Well they refuse to take my payment saying that some Law. Requires you wait 72 hours before you make the first payment. That's bullshit I looked up the case laws on this type of loan and there is no such law. They are just trying to get 5 days of Interest out of me. As they are closed on Monday for a holiday so will be five days before I can make my first payment. So be aware that these people are not your friend they are there to take you for as much money as you can. If you have to take a loan like this please pay it off early. Try to figure out a way. To make payments ahead of time. Ask for example in my loan the payments are 417 a month. Yet only $22 goes to principal. Therefore 380 something goes for interest. So pay it ahead of time and you won't have to pay that interest. We got this loan because I'm going trying to pay off my pre-funeral needs. I have no family and I don't want to be buried in some unmarked Mass grave in my local town. I want to be buried at Sea and it cost more. Very disappointed in this company will not get another loan from them again.

I have no way of knowing if it was purposeful or accidental, but I do know that it's upsetting that my bank can't get something right that should be elemental. She counted the money in front of me using a counting machine with a digital display. She ran it through twice, saying: "The machine may make a mistake once, but it'll never make the mistake twice!" If only. The digital display showed the right amount, both times, and she sealed the money in two envelopes. When I got home, I counted it. I counted it again. And again. I got two other people to count it, too. Each time the same result: I was short $300. I've never had anything like this happen. The shadiness, or, at best, incompetence, is extraordinary. And costly. To me. I filed a complaint with the main WF customer service team and if it's not rectified this bank is going to lose yet another customer.
