The damage was significant enough that we couldn't continue driving the van. We stopped at Mikes and they fixed the van in under an hour and DIDN"T CHARGE US!! What? That's right. These people were so kind and selfless. It made our day and restored any doubts we had in humanity. We owe them. These are truly great people and heroes in our book. When I got there Luke Weber and another guy were there talking to my son. He told my son to pull the car into their lot so no one would get hit on the road. He then looked at the tire and asked if we had a spare tire. We did but IT was flat. He suggested we call Shorty and see if he had any tires the size I needed. He didn't, but they would be in there tomorrow. Luke then went a got a jack and took of the flat and had the flat spare filled with air, and put it on for us so we could at least get home. I offered Luke some money and he refused and said he was glad he could help. I was thinking that if Mike's Countryside employees treat people who weren't even their customers that good, can you imagine how well they'd treat their customers!!! Thanks Luke Weber and Mike's Countryside!! Becki :)

I asked and confirmed that: 1) I would not pay anything for the inspection at time of pickup, and that 2) I would not have to repair my vehicle with the same company that completed the inspection. (I have a local mechanic I trust already.) Then I receive a form from Caliber Collision requiring (quote): AUTHORIZATION TO REPAIR. Oof. Just a heads up for anyone looking to have an insurance inspection done here.
