I messaged Igor on Yelp a few days before we closed on our house to see if he would be able to come out to our house the day we got our keys so he could rekey our doors. He was super accommodating and told me to let him know when we were finally allowed in our house and he would come over. Fast forward to the day we closed, he stopped by at 4:30 pm and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. He had to rekey 5 doors in total in an almost 100-year old house. Not an easy thing to do! He was at our home for about 3 hours working away and we were grateful for his service and for allowing us to feel safe in our new home right away. As new homeowners who just dropped a lot of money during closing, we were a little sticker shocked at the total cost, but he was well worth it and he put in a LOT of time and effort re-keying our doors...so we expected to pay a little over $300 anyways. If you are a new homeowner and need to get your doors re-keyed OR if you just are looking for a friendly, reliable locksmith in the area, look no further than Igor. Owner came out March 22, 2026., The door opened up for about 4 days with his 5 minute repair and charged me $65.00. I called him back out 3 other times for the same reason, as the eyes on the door would not allow the door to open or close correctly. The last time owner came out he stated he could not fix any longer, so I requested my money back. He basically stated just pull up the eyes, and the door should work. (uh). that lasted about a day or 2. I called him the 3rd time and i asked for the owner because the door would not close correctly because of the eyes on the door were not correct. The person who answered the phone stated he was the Owner, and he hung up the phone.., (WOW). I called Steel Valley Garage door 330-459-6522 where I found them on Facebook, and they came right out, ASAP., adjusted and moved the eyes on the doors and put oil in the door and corrected the problem and only charged $59.00.

He had to come back twice because we ended up having to replace part of my garage door. Six months later, I called again because the door was stuck half open and a different tech arrived. He seemed angry and stressed out from the moment he exited his truck and interrupted me dismissively when I tried to ask a question. As I tried to follow his instructions, he got progressively more frustrated and then accused me of arguing with him, said "this isn't going to work out" and drove off. It was surreal.
