I was verbally abused by some angry old man who said I returned the cart to the wrong place. When I asked why they didn't have signs he replied "your banned from rattle run". OK, me and my other 15 golfers. We'll never return. Food service was awful also. I'm surprised they are still open. Nice course. Horrible staff. I'm surprised they haven't hired a manager who realizes there are plenty of golf courses but a finite number of golfers. Shame on you.

I have spent over $1500 and the cart still won't take a charge despite my paying for a new charger. Bottom line is that Independent Custom Carts is an incompetent business that should be avoided. My course of action is now small claims court and the agony of that.
