I was never shown my dipstick either. I was also charged $135 when I can normally get an oil change for $85. Manager Cooper also had me use YouTube to figure out how to change the oil life on my dash. I believe if you work at an establishment like this, let alone manage it, you would know how to reset all features. This is absolutely absurd and I will be sure to NOT recommend this place NOR will I be coming back. Don't waste your entire day here.
