Then I called the last company on my list, ACE-Septic out of Hernando City. It was 7:30 at night by this time, on a Friday night, I expected to get an answer machine, Instead I got a very nice young man on the other end of the phone, he identified himself as Dave the owner. I told him about my situation, and he was friendly, and helpful, he showed concern for my problem, he gave me a fair price, 200.00 to 1000.00 below other companies I had called, and here is the Kicker, Dave said don't you worry Ma'am, Ill come out as many times as is needed to pump your septic for FREE while were waiting for the, soil inspections, utility inspections, and permits ! And you know what, he kept his word. He sent a very nice young man named Parker out to my home who pumped my septic 4 times for FREE ! That would have cost and extra 1000.00 with any of the other 9 companies ! All appointments were made through the office with a lovely lady named Sharon, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful ! Installation day came, Dave and a very nice young man named Pierce came and did the job. Everything went perfect, passed inspection with flying colors, and I'm a very happy camper !
