LIAM Services was out at my home today for an estimate for new HVAC equipment the gentleman who arrived explained to me he was both a technician and the company's sales man. I thought it to be unusual but man I couldn't have been happier I was actually getting the usual 3 quotes cause my previous HVAC company had a "tech" out here recently and said the system was not working properly and I should start planning on an upgrade. While the gentleman from LIAM was out talking to me about options on different equipment and the benefits of those systems he asked what the previous "tech" said was wrong given my HVAC is right at the 10 yr marker. I started trying to explain what had been explained to me, it came out not making much sense to him, he asked if I'd mind him giving the system a check for himself to ensure the system was in fact in need of being upgraded. Well much to my surprise he told me nothing was out side of manufacture specifications and other then continuing to keep up with maintenance I could still get good life out of the system. I signed up with LIAM services and much to my surprise found out I also get a plumbing and electrical visit all at $50 less then the company that ONLY serviced my HVAC equipment. 2/24/2025 We were in need of a new furnace at the worst possible time, the temperature was the lowest of the season so far. We called a few other companies for estimates but Jason, the System Specialist stood out. Jason arrived on time and gave us all of the options that Liam had to offer. He went into all of the pros and cons of the different options and was very professional. He was very patient as we asked him many questions about each option. We decided to have Liam install our new furnace and Jason worked around our schedule and Liam's to make this happen as soon as soon as possible. Jason also left us with two safe space heaters to use over the weekend until our system was installed on Monday. Monday at 8 AM as promised, Carson and Kemmar showed up to install our new furnace. Both of these men were professional and did a great job. I have been working with LIAM Services for over 5 years. Every time they schedule a service they always provide notification ahead of time, they show up on time and they provide only the most professional services at the job site. They always make sure the job site is left clean and tidy. Tim Newcomb, Supervisor, is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of what it takes to get the job done on time and makes sure the customer is happy with the work performed before leaving the site. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a company in a very long time! Scheduled to have someone come take a look at our Heating/AC as we use window units and our AC bill has been super high this summer (plus with the expected winter we wanted to see what our options were for heating as we currently have radiators). I am overjoyed at Liam Services. My HVAC guy said he was transferring there. Of course, I followed him. But, the service at Liams outshined all other companies I have dealt with. They recently installed a COMPLETELY new system for me. The techs were outstanding answering all my questions. Everything went fine and on time. My light was out with no power to it. Several people tried to fix it, but with no success. My laundry room was a black hole for 2 months. Justin came in and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes. He was fast, efficient, courteous, and knew what the problem was immediately. Turned out to be a bad splice in the electrical connection to my doorbell. SMH. The company was great. Answered the phone, sent me email confirmation, called to give me a heads up on his arrival, sent a picture of Justin so I would be aware of what he looked like. Can't praise them enough. More than I expected! Recently I needed an HVAC company to fix my A/C. LIAM services was quick to answer my needs - sending out a knowledgeable and friendly service guy. Upon arriving he gave me a quick idea of what I could expect from his services. Being a new home owner - this was a huge help!! After that he made short work of finding the issue, explained what my options were and with my approval, got it fixed. I had a mini split installed in my master bedroom. The crew which consisted of Devon, Jeff, Andrew and Brandon did a great job. They explained the whole process of what they were going to do before they started and they asked where we wanted it. They were very neat and cleaned up after they finished. I had heating issues and LIAM sent over two technicians: TIm and Justin. These guys were thorough with there assessment. I never knew a lot we were doing not safe when it comes to plugging in appliances and that there was amps difference to the outlet in your kitchen to the ones in your living area. I had a very satisfactory experience with Liam Services. My condo was built in 1969 and had a lot of the original electronics. Homer put a new electric panel, replaced some old light switches, gave me a dedicated line for the dishwasher, and, with Daniel's help, put in LED undercabinent lights with a remote control in my kitchen.
