We had two choices: call Campbell Plumbing or bust out the swimtrunks and floaties. Since I like a nice, hot shower and dislike weeks of frustration, I opted for the phone. A lovely duo arrived and showed that drain who was boss. (Clearly them, not us.) And, they even offered me product recommendations to prevent them from coming back out again. Sweet! Our neighbor suggested we call their guy. He's been in business for 30 years. Needless to say, the heater was not rusted he showed me the unit was very dirty, the fan motor and wheel were clogged with dirt and there were two dead birds in the chimney. The outside air conditioner was only 10 years old. I'm convinced SK had never done anything other than collect their fee and try to sell stuff we didn't want or need.

Later that evening I reached around my toilet and felt water from the connection , so they sent a guy out and he said he wouldn't fix it and started writing an estimate , so I kicked him out of my house , so I took a pair of small channel locks and fixed the dripping in a half turn of the supply connection nut on a compression fitting , dumb plumbers , I flew off the handle and deservedly so they wanted $599.41 to fix it
