I was told not until after June 16th! wow. They advertise 'open 24 hours.' I went elsewhere and the people I contacted are here already.

However, the call showed up as spam on my phone, which, of course, is a red flag not to answer. This call came with a 10-minute time frame to answer and confirm. I missed this 10-minute "allowance", but a few minutes later, another "spam" was being shown on the phone. I went to my messages and discovered that it was a notification that the technician was on the way. I called and explained the spam issue because I needed my water restored. The issue was with the company and not with me. I was not going to reschedule. This is an overpriced company that takes advantage of desperate situations. My bill to replace the pipes in a very small area was over $2,000.00. The saga does not end here. I tried to wash clothes this morning, only to discover that the water supply was somehow not reaching the washer. Now, I have to contact another plumber to fix this problem caused by this company. I can't believe that this is happening, but if nothing comes of this, I hope that everyone who reads this review understands the seriousness and error of hiring this company. Their rating should have a negative sign in front of it.

They almost always have the unique, old school, or oddly sized part that we need, or they know where to find one. Once, when we had an actual emergency and they didn't have the part, they called around for us and found one in another plumbing shop in Pennsville, and off we went to pick it up! We were so impressed that they were more concerned with fixing our problem than with making a sale. Carol, the owner, is a gem, very friendly, really knows her stuff. and shares extremely helpful advice freely! Their prices are a little higher, but it's worth it; first, it's a small, local shop, and second, you'll never find some those parts at a big box store. If you're working on an older house, make this your first stop.

Excellent, fast, affordable service…read more So there was this shower drain that wasn't living up to its name. And then there was me and my Fella and a host of effective-looking tools. Rawr! And yet, our repeated attempts over two-week long period of doin'-it-ourselving were doin' nothing but creating a lake in the bathroom. We had two choices: call Campbell Plumbing or bust out the swimtrunks and floaties. Since I like a nice, hot shower and dislike weeks of frustration, I opted for the phone. A lovely duo arrived and showed that drain who was boss. (Clearly them, not us.) And, they even offered me product recommendations to prevent them from coming back out again. Sweet! Next time: passing on the plunger and picking up the phone first.

They were on time, checked out the AC, added coolant and then took a quick peek at the furnace. They said both look good for the age (17 years) and should be good for a while. I had questions about rebates for heat pumps and he had answers about rebates, rough costs and advantages of the new heat pumps. He reiterated that we didn't need to change out our current equipment but if we feel it's important for environmental reasons there are good options. We'll definitely be using them going forward, and have a fall furnace checkup scheduled.

On the first cold day this winter he claims the heater is all rusted out in the exchanger and has to be replaced, along with the entire system because a new heater can't work with an old air conditioner. Our neighbor suggested we call their guy. He's been in business for 30 years. Needless to say, the heater was not rusted he showed me the unit was very dirty, the fan motor and wheel were clogged with dirt and there were two dead birds in the chimney. The outside air conditioner was only 10 years old. I'm convinced SK had never done anything other than collect their fee and try to sell stuff we didn't want or need.
