You left my project leaking and did not perform the work according to the signed contract then put a lien on my house for not paying you the last payment. Just fix your work and you'll get paid. I never had that conversation with the contractors board because I never asked you to do something against code. I reopened the case because I forgot you have a lien on my house. Contractors board closed it in error when my inspector retired.

He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. Check out the before and after pics! 2) Garbage disposal replacement: I called him on a Friday, and we were able to schedule for Monday. He showed up right on time, finished in about 20 minutes, and cleaned everything up afterward. He's efficient, professional, and just genuinely nice to work with.
