He was so helpful and attentive before that at this point I suspect something's up and he might no longer be operating (or has perhaps scaled down?). They were not able to do it themselves and couldn't find anyone to do it. Thank goodness my neighbor just painted her home and I found some one to paint. I texted Braden and told him I have a painter starting the job this thursday and if he could come finish the trim work before Thursday. Well no response after he said he would try. Thursday the painter said he would include doing the trim. He also discovered one of the garage trim boards was warped from the weather (snow and sun). I had to borrow a friends truck and buy another board. This additional expenses were $125.00 (labor and wood). My new painter had to also redo the caulking job they did since it was lumpy and sloppy. I stopped checking the work after they did one side perfectly. My thought is they were running into another project and started to rush. This was their fault since they didnt start until 9:30 or 10am. They left between 2:30 & 3:30. Braden missed 1 Monday after spending the weekend away and Marc got sick towards the end and missed 2 & 1/2 days. I didnt say anything I figured they were professional and knew the time limit for the job and would complete phase 1. We had to do 2 phases due to it being too cold to paint. I am also disappointed in Yelp. The supposedly had 5 reviews when I hired them and now there is just mine. I think AI reviews were generated or the company did false reviews. Supposedly I can claim money from Yelp guaranty and I cant figure out how to do that! From now on I use word of mouth referrals ONLY.

When we first met Marcos, he came across as extremely friendly, professional, and straightforward--no sales fluff, just honest talk about the project. That immediately put us at ease. We did our due diligence and checked the references he provided. Everyone raved about him, but one gentleman's comment really stuck with us: "If you can get Marcos, you need to get him and sign him. Do not have any other framer frame your house." That turned out to be 100% accurate. Marcos and his crew were on time every single morning, left the job site cleaner than they found it, and their work was impeccable. Our home is truly "plumb, level, and square" just like the company name promises. Every wall, every corner, every detail is spot-on. We also had a general contractor overseeing the project, and he was meticulously inspecting their work daily. He couldn't stop singing Marcos's praises to us, telling us over and over how lucky we were to have him on our job. Marcos and his crew showed up on time and they kept the neatest worksite. Our deck is top knotch! The foundation and supports were built very well and Marcos took time to be sure he had the correct footings and tied it it our house.
