She said it was crazy but she was running it by herself. She even said she was going to fire her husband who worked there. She bragged about being the highest stockholder for uhaul. She talked about her personal health all the while cussing. When it was finally my turn I told her it was rude that she had hung up on me and told me not to call back. She admitted it was but didn't apologize. She was talking about me to the next customer when I left. I'll When I picked my truck up the next day there was another long line and she was showing cat videos with extremely vulgar language. I was greeted by a courteous young man who I later learned to be the owner's son. He set me up with exactly the service I needed, and he offered a few perks without me even asking. Then he did something completely unexpected... he offered to work out a plan to accommodate my needs during his off time since I was on a tight schedule. I was shocked. The owner contacted me later that day and we confirmed the plan. RRSS is an outstanding family owned business that puts the needs of the customer ahead of all else. I enthusiastically recommend them. I haven't used their storage offerings, but the facility is neat, clean and modern. If my own Mother needed uhaul or storage services, I would tell her to call RRSS.

I was initially "forced" to leave a good review, but now that it's been some time i need to share what happened. I left my stuff there over the summer, and when i collected my stuff I asked them if i needed to sign anything or do anything since i'd be ending my lease there. I was told no... that was a lie. I ended up getting charged another month of rent, and when i called they said i needed to sign some papers. Well i signed them but they told me i did it "too late" and would still need to pay another month of rent. However, they said if I agreed to leave a good review and a donation, they could help me get out of that rent. Low key felt like black mail, i still have the transcript of the voicemail they left me too. I did do it, but i'm a broke college student and couldn't afford another months rent. Which they still did end up charging me! Anyway, my roommates recommended i try and call someone or report it, i eventually got to the boss and most i got was an apology, no refund though...
