If a worker is not there within a few mins feel free to call since the sign on the table instructs to do so...30 seconds later a man with a mask opened the door and asked how he could help me, I was there to pick up a few boxes of Aquascape dosing products and a backup mini pump for the doser since it hadn't been run all winter and figured why take the chance of not buying one now, just to go home and find the old one not working. Upon letting him know what I wanted to the time he returned two minutes later with everything I needed including some really nice product brochures and pond care info all neatly packed in a custom GSK tote...I slid my card in the very safe handheld chip reader, my receipt came out instantly and we chatted for a few and I was on my way. No longer than 10 minutes from when I entered the lot. Btw, if you're a registered member and usually have to be looked up by last name or member code....no worries since he automatically gives the VIP discount that saved me over $10.

Tom and his guys came in and replaced it all. They gently transferred all of my koi - some as old as the pond - to holding tanks, drained it and then cleaned it all before reversing the process. One of my tanks started to produce excess slime and had a much higher tds than normal due to a mistake on our part. Paul caught the problem immediately and let me know so we could take care of it. I have a 250 gallon show tank Paul and his business partner Bill will be setting up with an apex and continuous water change system. Pricing is very fair, I highly recommend.
